You enter the hallway. The very first door opens access to a bedroom with a bunk bed 2 x 90 x 200 cm and a small desk. The upper bunk is accessible for guests over 6 years old. The trundle bed is available for younger children or tall people. Behind the next door is another bedroom (without window) with 2 box-spring beds 90 x 200 cm. The two rooms in themselves are separated by a wooden wall with sliding door. Next you reach the bathroom with washbasin and shower. A separate toilet with hand basin completes the hallway.

In the living room, which you reach after 8 steps, you will find a cosy living area with a large dining table and a comfortable XXL sofa. After a day's excursion, you can take a comfortable seat here and end the evening with a fine drop of wine. The fully equipped open corner kitchen allows you to comfortably cater for yourself.

You enter the slightly elevated east-facing terrace from the living room. Make yourself comfortable in the high-quality rattan loungeset and enjoy the picturesque view of the Port Zélande harbour and the Grevelingenmeer. Or take the few steps down directly to the edge of the harbour and marvel at the impressive sailing ships and yachts during a relaxing walk.

To make sure you spend the night relaxed and quiet, 2 bedrooms with two box-spring beds 90 x 200 cm each await you from the dining area 5 stairs up. Both rooms have access to a balcony on the west side. The sunset experience is awesome. A modern bathroom with bathtub, ground-level shower, washbasin and toilet can also be found on this level.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the downstairs bathroom.

Parking
For unloading and loading you may drive your car close to the front of the apartment. After that, the vehicle must be parked in a carpark about 200m away.
Use of a part of the private garage at the carpark (e.g. for surf gear or beach equipment), upon request.


- Rental to companies/workmen at Port Zélande is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
