Located on the Texas Hill Country Trail in the settlement of Utopia. This custom built vacation home offers quick and easy access to Garner State Park, The Frio river and Lost Maples State Park, as well as the Vanderpool motorcycle museum, Utopia Park, Frio River and the Sabinal river.
Beautiful star filled nights await you, your family and friends. Enjoy the beautiful sun rise or the stunning moon rise and the warm Hill Country air from your private pool. Or spend your days taking in the incredible views and exotic wildlife on the 2,000 sq ft covered porch.
This home features 2 of every appliance to accommodate your large group. Each room has it own private bath with walk in shower.
Outside, a fire pit for your nightly S'mores roast as well as a BBQ pit. Don’t forget the Putting Green, Washer Pit, Swimming pool, Hot tub, Pool table, Shuffleboard Table, Ping-pong table, Foosball table and Washer boards all here as well.

A fabulous property for our family get together! Flexible sleeping arrangements for all the cousins. We loved that they had 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. Wonderful space with beautiful views.

Awesome place and a great stay all around. Check-in was easy, the hosts were on site and helped us out anytime we needed something. They even hooked us up with some firewood after we realized none of us were smart enough to bring an axe to cut ours down.Beautiful views, plenty of space for our group, and a great price for what you get. Checkout was easy too. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

Overall great would definitely go back. This was the first time I have ever had to do a walk through at the beginning and end of a stay but they were very on top of every issue we had and fixed everything. Would have love to have the foosball table but there was plenty other stuff to keep us entertained.

This place is AMAZING! I use vrbo every year and this place was top notch. Perfect for multi family trips. The view front and back was mesmerizing. The pool made for hours of family fun with pool volleyball and basketball. We have a family tradition of ping pong tournaments and the winner takes traveling trophy until next family gathering. The outdoor ping pong was a blast. Also inside pool table and shuffle board was so fun. Plenty of space in the kitchen for multiple cooks. Having two of everything was so convenient! We had 10 adults, 5 littles and 3 older kids. Never felt crowded. Plenty of privacy when needed. I would love to come back again. I HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Carol for you quick response to my inquiries!! Moondance is responsible for some special family memories for years to come

Family vacation

Fantastic

This was our second stay at the Moondance, and it was just as amazing as the first! The property is spacious, with incredible views and a fantastic pool. There’s plenty to do right on-site, which makes it perfect for a relaxing and fun getaway. We’d definitely stay here again—such a great time!

Relaxing Weekend

This place is great if you want to get away from the city and relax. Our kids enjoyed playing in the pool and the different activities made available. Would plan a family vacation here anytime.

Youth Group Retreat
