    We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless and very well maintained. The host was very communicative throughout the entire process, very helpful with any questions or concerns. Any issues we had, the host really did the best they could to solve them. The amenities were excellent and really added to the overall experience. Everything we needed was provided and more. Most importantly, everyone in our group had a great time. Highly recommend!

    Property was great! Only two suggestions: wanted to use the hot tub, but the max temp of 90 just didn’t allow it. Towel quality could be improved. Really enjoyed the pickle ball/basketball. Hope to come back!

    Host did not send check in instructions despite repeated asks (instructions were only sent 1 hour after check in time). There were no towels in any of the rooms, and host did not respond to ask for location of towels. No soap or basic amenities.

    I grew up spending time at Garner State Park, and in 2016 my wife and I were fortunate enough to build our dream home in Concan, TX. We love being able to share it with others and to pass along the magical feeling that’s always in the air along the Frio River. Bringing family and friends together and creating memories that last a lifetime is what this place is all about.

    What we enjoy most about Concan Country Club is the peace of mind that comes with being securely located just five minutes off the Frio—far enough to avoid any flood concerns, yet close enough to enjoy everything the area offers. Our home sits on a beautiful stretch of the golf course with a clear view of the fairway and Hole #1, positioned safely away from any risk of stray golf balls. The subdivision is a gated community with 24‑hour security throughout the busy summer season, providing an added layer of comfort and privacy.
