Great high street with Waitrose, coffee shops, Waterstones and many others 10 mins walk away. Chichester theatres, a great choice of restaurants close by. Easy cycling for those that like to cycle on the flat. Three golf courses within 15 mins. Kite and windsurfing from great cafe on beach 10 mins away. London by train one and a half hours away. Brighton 30 mins train.
