Hello David thank you for your review, we appreciate your comments. We are glad your overall experience was good. The TV worked absolutely fine before your arrival, was brand new and checked by our housekeepers. However on the day of your arrival we had an email from our internet provider explaining that they have been having faults on their end which they were working on fixing, which we kept updating to you. In regards to the washer, it was used by our guests before you with no complaints and when you had voiced your concern, we understood and then quickly replaced it during your stay without any complaints. We were very apologetic as it was out of our control. We have given to you a welcome pack with the location of sun loungers so we are unaware why you couldn’t find the second one and we felt like you could have communicated that specific issue during your stay so we could have directed you to them. As previously mentioned we thank you for the review, and will take on board your comments. As a family we always ensure the apartment is looked after and that all our guests are happy. :)
