About this property
"Azur Blue" Villa - Rural Peace with private pool
This entirely self contained guest wing provides a perfect place to relax calmly by the pool and to visit the region. Located last in a cul de sac with no other houses in sight the guest wing is surrounded only by trees and the large mediterranean garden is filled with birdsong accompanied by the chatter of red squirrels. At dusk the adjoining woods are visited by wild boar, foxes and badgers. Grasse at 6km, Cannes, Beaches, Lac St Cassien, Nice, St Tropez and Monaco are all within easy reach.
Check In and Check Out offered on Saturdays only.
The kitchen and living room are open plan with ample seating and a dining area. Double patio doors open to the shady outside terrace with table, chairs and bbq for eating outside with a view of the pool and surrounding gardens and trees.
Guests have exclusive access to the pool and surrounding gardens. The owners live at the other end of the property with their own terrace and outside space which isn't visible from the guest wing.
Check In and Check Out offered on Saturdays only.

Wundervolle Unterkunft. Sehr sehr angenehme Gastgeber, die für alle Fragen zuvor zur Verfügung standen. Komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Selbst ein Grill mit gefüllter Gasflasche wurde bereitgestellt. Den Pool konnten wir ganz alleine nutzen. Die auf der anderen Haus – Seite wohnenden Eigentümer haben diesen nicht mit benutzt. Bis zum nächsten Bäcker circa 7 Minuten mit dem Auto, bis zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt 10 Minuten.Schöne Lage in Reichweite von Grasse (15 Minuten) oder Cannes (40 Minuten).
