Krowoderska Street is a part of the centre of the Royal Town. It starts from Cracow's Planty Park and is less than 900 m long. There are equally interesting historical places like the building where the famous Polish playwright, painter Stanislaw Wyspianski lived and where his Sapphire Studio is now located.
It is only a 7-minute walk from Krowoderska Street to the Market Square, where there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Nearby there is the Kleparski Square where you can always get fresh vegetables and fruit.

This beautiful and sunny penthouse is situated on the 6th floor of the newly renovated building with the elevator. Apartment can fit up to 7 people - perfect choice for the large group of friends or family.
The apartment consists of a sunny living room with a kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & rooftop terrace. One bedroom is equipped with comfortable queen-size bed and the other with queen-size bed and sofa-bed. In the living room you will find a sofa bed, which will provide a comfortable place to sleep for 2 people. The big advantage of this apartment are 2 modern equipped bathrooms. One of them have a shower and toilet, while the second one has a bathtub and wc - it is extremely convenient for larger groups or families. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay such as: cooker, kettle, dishwasher, oven, including an express machine, Arabica coffee and small equipment such as sugar, oil, tea, etc.. For our guests we provide high quality cosmetics for the bathroom, and for greater comfort we provide small but no less important equipment such as an iron, hair dryer, clothes dryer etc. A greatest advantage of this apartment is also a beautiful private roof top terrace with a place to rest and a view of the city.
Our guests have the possibility to use TV and wireless, unlimited internet in the apartment.

For our guests we offer breakfasts with delivery to the apartment. The cost of breakfast is 30 PLN / 7 EUR per person.

2.Breakfasts are to be chosen from a menu which is sent after making a payment
3.Breakfast must be ordered no later than 6pm for the next day

Guests have access to the entire apartment and building. Everything is included in price and at guest's disposal, including professional hotel bedlinen, shower gel, shampoo and other essentials.
Guests can ask for concierge services any time during their stay.
Coffee, tea and basic cooking amenities are provided. There is no actual breakfast offered in the apartment. However guests get exclusive discounts to local restaurants where they can enjoy one.

In view of apartment's character and location we kindly ask to abide our House Rules. Primarily please remember about quiet hours from 22:00 till 6:00 (organizing party is strictly forbidden) as well as not smoking in the apartment.

1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
2. Don’t let unverified people inside the apartment.
3. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred.
4. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden if not discussed previously with the host.
6. Before leaving the house make sure are all windows are closed.
7. This is a non smoking apartment. A one time penalty fee will be applied if violated.
8. Late check outs are charged an extra fee of 15 EUR per 1 hour.
9. Parking if available is paid as extra fee of 15 EUR / day, unless agreed or written in the description otherwise.
