This beautiful newly built urban villa with a swimming pool is located in the Mociscak settlement in Novalja, which is often called Novalja's Beverly Hills. The location is idyllic, in the immediate vicinity of the center, but also the main road along which the local bus runs to Zrce beach.
The house consists of 6 apartments, built and furnished in 2023. All apartments, in addition to beautiful and modern furniture, also have huge sofa beds in the living rooms, induction hobs in the kitchens, air conditioning, terraces with a sea view and walk-in shower cabins.

Posizione ok a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Alloggio grande e nuovo con bellissimo terrazzo. Molto pulito. Purtroppo presenza x 2 notti di altri ospiti con musica altissima fino alle 06.00 del mattino
