A lovely duplex holiday penthouse that is perfect for families looking for a place to relax near the beach and close to the port and town centre. This apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms offering comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests. The property includes a a high speed fibre optic Wifi connection and a central air conditioning system in all bedrooms and living room. The bright lounge is equipped with a lovely dining area plus a quality sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed. The lounge area is equipped with a flat-screen TV that offers plenty of Spanish and international streaming package including Sky. The lounge opens onto a large balcony with lovely sea views and access to the private roof terrace. The kitchen in this property is fully equipped with all appliances. The en-suite master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the bathroom with bath, over-head shower, WC and sink. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pulled out to form a double bed plus an extra single bed. The third bedroom offers a double bed. There is a family bathroom in this property with shower, WC and sink. This fantastic property also has a private roof terrace that can be accessed from the spiral staircase on the balcony, with beautiful plants that receive plenty of sun during all day. There is a gas powered BBQ available for guests plus sun loungers to enjoy the sun and a cozy seating area.
