Beautiful house on two floors, with garden and terrace, located in the quiet village of Alzoni, near San Teodoro.

This charming accommodation offers a spacious and comfortable environment, surrounded by nature. The house boasts a large garden furnished with sofas and armchairs, to relax and enjoy the open air. The entrance opens to the ground floor with a cozy living area featuring the living room with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and fryer.
Upstairs guests will find the sleeping area, divided in two bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed and the second with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub.

At guests’ disposal comfort such as a barbecue, washing machine, air conditioning and an iron.

A renowned tourist centre, particularly popular with young people for its summer nightlife, San Teodoro also boasts unmissable coastal pearls such as La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Cala Girgolu and Capo Coda Cavallo. The spectacle of San Teodoro's coastline is completed by its lagoon, a stopover point for pink flamingos during migratory periods and an ideal place for walking and birdwatching. Known in Gallura as Santu Diàdoru, it also hosts not-to-be-missed events such as the patron saint's festival and the one called Lu Fuculoni, during which the population gathers around bonfires in honour of Sant'Antonio Abate.
Also worth discovering is the traditional food and wine, in the numerous restaurants and festivals. Capretto al mirto and zuppa gallurese for a land-based dinner, sea urchins, botargo, mussels and oysters if you prefer to try the fish of the gulf. To accompany, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is a must, and to finish a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle.

The Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is about 25 minutes by car from the accommodation.
