Well equipped and comfortable holiday house

Everything about this stay is perfect! The house is well equipped including everything you’d need for a proper beach holiday (beach umbrellas, refrigerator bag, picnic accessories, beach games). The house is very comfortable with well working AC units in every room, comfortable beds and all the kitchen appliances that you’d need. The terrace and garden are very nice as well within the shades during most of the day, a really relaxing place! Last but not least, the host was very sweet and helpful and on top of very clear check in info she provided us with a list of excursions to make the most of our stay and recommendations for restaurants and shops. All in all we’re very happy with our stay and we’ll probably come back!

We are two couples who stayed at the house for a week in early November 2025. This is a beautiful and clean house, well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms and common areas. The house is easy walking distance to several excellent restaurants and the beach is a short car ride away. It was very handy to have a washing machine available. Some things that would be very useful to include: an extra set of personal towels, beach towels and adequate toilet paper supplies. We had 3 rolls of TP for 4 people for 7 days and ended up buying more. Overall, I would highly recommend this location and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Merci Mr Doris pour vos compliments. Comme je l'ai expliqué dans mon mail avant votre arrivée les serviettes de plage ne sont pas fournies. Nous laissons 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour votre arrivée, c'est à vous de l'acheter. Pour les serviettes de toilette nous laissons 2 serviettes par personne, vous pouvez les laver à volonté car vous aviez à votre disposition une machine à laver avec sèche serviettes et lessive/soupline. Idéalement située pour visiter le très joli village de posada et profiter de la grande plage à 5min en voiture. A une petite 1/2h des sublimes plages de Cala Brandinchi et Lu Impostu. La maison est bien équipée et la literie est très bonne ! Les conseils d’Amanda ont été précieux pour profiter à fond de notre séjour !

Un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison. La maison correspond parfaitement au descriptif et aux photos. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la côte Est du nord au sud avec tous les lieux d’intérêt. Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Das ist Betrug. Der Vermieter behauptet, die Putzfrau dokumentiert den Zustand der Wohnung auf, die Übergabe passiert ohne unser Beisein. sie kann alles behaupten, du hast keine Chance.Als wir ankamen, war der Müll der Vermieter noch da. Wenn du diese Unterkunft buchst, erfährst du, dass du zwar Kosten für die Endreinigung bezahlt, aber all den Müll, der kocht abgeholt wurde selbst entsorgen und mitnehmen sollst. Wir haben mit wlan gebucht es gab kein wlan. Es gab keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung vom vermieter.In dem Haus gibt es auch kaum Internetempfang mit dem Handy (nur an einem Fenster oder draußen)Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, leider hat der Aufenthalt damit geendet, dass der Vermieter uns als Lügner darstellt und einfach einen Teil Kaution einbehält.Wir haben gemeldet, dass wir entdeckt haben, dass eine Lampe kaputt ist, wir das aber nicht waren. Er behauptet, dass die Putzfrau, die auch den Müll (!) übersehen hat, gesagt hat, dass die Lampe ganz war. So etwas hab ich noch nie erlebt!In der Unterkunft waren außerdem ganz viele Katzen, die den Garten als Katzenklo benutzt haben und gebettelt haben, wahrscheinlich haben Vermieter den Katzen etwas zu essen gegeben. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft nicht.

Je vous ai prévenu par e-mail que si vous arrivez après 19h, vous aurez accès à la maison via un boîtier à code. Vous avez passé quatre jours dans la maison et avez signalé la lampe cassée la veille de votre départ. Malheureusement, le précédent locataire n'a pas sorti ses poubelles. Concernant les chats errants, dont nous ignorons l'existence, ils ne sont jamais entrés dans notre jardin, à ma connaissance, et les locataires ne se sont jamais plaints de leur présence. Jusqu'à présent, j'ai reçu des retours très positifs sur ma maison, mon jardin, la propreté et les équipements. Comme indiqué dans mon annonce, il n'y a pas de Wi-Fi et la réception téléphonique nécessiterait un opérateur plus performant.

Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Es sieht schön aus und die Vermieterin Amanda ist sehr bemüht. Wir hatten zu Beginn eine absolut unschöne Erfahrung. Als wir ankamen war das Haus nicht geputzt. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren noch vom Vorgänger vorhanden und die Putzfrau, die eigentlich alles sauber machen sollte erklärte uns, der Vorgänger war nur zwei Tage da und daher sieht sie keine Notwendigkeit zu putzen. Sie hat uns das Putzmittel gezeigt und mitgeteilt, wir könnten ja selber putzen. Sie könnte uns noch beim Beziehen des Bettes helfen. Also ein Auftakt, wie man ihn sich überhaupt nicht vorstellt. Amanda hat uns allerdings sehr gut geholfen. Sie hat uns für eine Nacht im Hotel untergebracht (auf ihre Kosten) und hat die Reinigung des Objektes gemanaged. Wir konnten ab dem zweiten Tag eine tolle Zeit hier verbringen. Allerdings: die Grundsauberkeit ist nicht gut, die Putzfrau nimmt es wohl generell nicht so genau mit der Sauberkeit.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr gut gepflegt.Sehr modern, mit Liebe zu Detail eingerichtet, tolle sehr umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, neue Waschmaschine.Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns am Tag der Ankunft gefehlt. Erstausstattung Toilettenpapier, Abwaschlappen, Spülmittel.Die Ferienwohnung wird bei FEWO-Direkt mit WLAN beworben, welches aber nicht existiert. Dies war mir neben WM und GSM Klima sehr wichtig, deshalb hier 1 Punkt Abzug) Wir haben uns mit einer Yesim-Karte für 33 EUR beholfen, der Empfang ist dort aber nur außerhalb des Hauses möglich. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war stets schnell und freundlich. Vor Ort ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, zum Strand benötigt man allerdings ein Fahrzeug. Hinweis: bei GoogleMaps fand ich das Objekt nicht wirklich. Des Rätsels Lösung: Google zeigt diese Hausnummer falsch an, das Objekt liegt in Wirklichkeit etwa 150m südlicher als auf Maps angezeigt.

Très bon sejour à Posada et en Sardaigne.

Très bonne localisation de la location ! A proximité des magnifiques sites à visiter en Sardaigne. Et tres joli village aussi. Maison très agréable à vivre, même sous 35 , le jardin est bien à l'ombre. Amanda, est vraiment disponible pour toute demande... nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Superbes vacances

Vacances tres agréables maison tres agreable a vivre. Nous pouvions faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Pain le matin, bar sympa cocktail pas cher . Plage tres facile d acces et pres du domicile. Grande surface (MD) a 4km de la location , pas chère et pas trop grande pratique pour faire les grandes courses. Nous recommandons la location.

très belle région grand parking payant pas cher à proximité de très belles plages voiture obligatoire cause plage à 2km du logement petite ville tranquille avec tous les commerces. petite ville à proximité très touristique logement climatisé avec tout le confort et un petit jardin très agréable problème de tri et passage des poubelles compliqué

Il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage puisqu'on a mis des vélos gratuitement à disposition, autrement à pied vous en avez pour 10mns. En Sardaigne le tri des poubelles est obligatoire pour respecter la nature.

Séjour 10 jours à posada

Très belle maison très bien équipée. Parking privée pour la voiture. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La localité de Posada est très sympa est pas très loin de la plage. Mise à disposition de 3 vélos qui permettent de se balader. Bref de superbes vacances. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Séjour inoubliable à Posada

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans l'appartement d'Amanda et de Bernard. La maison est hyper confortable et absolument rien n'y manque. Le système de climatisation est au top et la propreté sans faille. A vivement recommander! De plus Posada est dotée d'une plage paradisiaque.
