The space:

Based in a tiny countryside Hamlet of 7 properties, our Cottage was historically the Mine Counting House.

Our guest accommodation is at the side of the cottage with a corridor between the house & the accommodation. There is a private entrance & the adjoining door can be locked from both sides for your peace of mind. It is completely private.

You can see the stars at night here due to the very low light pollution & we are so close to local beaches with just a short drive that sunsets & evening strolls are an easy delight.

There is a small deck outside the accommodation for guest use but you are also welcome to use the garden.

It's a petite, cute & modern space ideal for a Cornish stay :)

Aldi is a 4 minute drive. Fuel at Tesco approx. 6 minutes. Tesco Extra 10 minutes. We are in the lucky position to be in the country but with easy access to everything within a few minutes.

There is a mini guide book with the welcome pack in the accommodation for a few ideas for your adventures & I am happy to advise wherever possible to give you the possible best stay :)

Guest access:

Access into the suite is through the large double gates to the side of the garden, it is then in front of you to the left. There is a dedicated front door to the space. Please be sure to latch the gate when coming and going during your stay.

We live on site but are in and out especially during summer so will sometimes be available on site but also via app, phone and/or email should you need us!

Other things to note:

We have an exuberant Whippet. Very friendly and inquisitive. He doesn't bite but is very excitable & will no doubt bark when he first meets you. If you are wary of dogs please give us an idea of when you are coming & going so that we can ensure he is inside for your comfort :) and if you are a dog lover then he will be 'very' happy to make your acquaintance :)
