The villa is located 5 km from the historic village of Montepulciano, Sarteano and Cetona and close to the three lakes: Montepulciano, Chiusi and Trasimeno ( reachable in 15 minutes by car). From Villa Liciai you can organize Wind testine in the Rosso di Montepulciano catins, excursions to Pienza (20 minutes by car), Siena (about 35minutes) or visit the archaeological remains in Cetona. The villa offers every comfort to spend a nice vacation with your family and your 4-legged friends.

The use of the outdoor jacuzzi is available upon request, with an additional charge of €20 per day.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, American-style fridge, toaster, kettle, drip coffee machine, moka pot, blender, and toaster.

First floor: double bedroom with two en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. On the opposite side of the floor, a double bedroom with open terrace and bathroom with shower and bathtub (outside the bedroom).

Second floor: double bedroom with single bed, twin bedroom; on the opposite side of the floor, a double bedroom with single bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, and another twin bedroom.

The property is rented for 8 adults and 4 children up to 12 years old.
