About Apartment “B”
Apartment B is a beautifully renovated 45 m² studio that features a comfortable king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a bathtub. (Note: there are two stairs in the apartment). Ideal for 1 - 3 people. This apartment also offers stunning views of Prague Castle, Old Town Square, and the Clementinum Tower.

Step outside into the charm of Old Prague. The apartments are located near Karlova Street, once the coronation route of Czech kings, linking the iconic Charles Bridge to the famed Old Town Square. A wide array of top-rated restaurants and bars are just steps away, along with easy access to Prague’s excellent public transportation system (trams, buses, and metro). There is a Starbucks right next door, and just a 4-minute walk away, you'll find a convenience store for any essentials.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after each stay. This profound cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Please note that basic bed linen (nylon material) and towels are included with your reservation. If you prefer an upgraded experience with hotel-quality linen (Egyptian cotton), this option is available and includes a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, along with fresh linens and towels provided every two weeks. Additional cleanings during your stay are also available upon request under the same conditions.

Check-out cleaning is already included in your stay. If you would like to upgrade to hotel-quality linens and towels, kindly inform us at least 48 hours prior to check-in. If selected, all bi-weekly cleaning services must be arranged and confirmed before your arrival, and unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accommodated once your stay has begun.

You will also receive a welcome package containing:

Hair & body shampoo and hand soap

Dishwasher tablets, sponge, and paper towels

Toilet paper (minimum of 2 rolls)

Please note that the city tax required by the City of Prague is not included and must be collected prior to your arrival. This applies only to stays shorter than 60 days.

We kindly ask that you follow our house rules, treat the apartment with care, and respect the neighbors. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the termination of your rental agreement without refund.

House rules:
1. Online check-in must be completed prior to arrival.
2. Check-in starts from 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in depends on availability.
3. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please leave the keys on the table and dispose of any trash. Make sure all windows and the main door are properly closed. Late check-out depends on availability.
4. The apartment includes personal check-in service until 21:00.
5. Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment.
6. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
7. Children under 10 are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
8. A maximum of 3 people may stay in the apartment.
9. No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.
10. Quiet hours must be respected in accordance with Czech law. Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.
11. Communication with us will primarily take place via the platform used for booking.
12. Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out.
13. Follow all instructions provided regarding trash disposal and the use of appliances.
14. Take care of your keys. In case of loss, contact the provided emergency number.
15. After each stay, an inventory check is conducted. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items.
