Located in the super location of Anarita, it’s a delightful retreat offering stunning view, peace & quiet & the best getaway location ever! It’s a short walk to village center however it offers all you could wish for with many local facilities within very a short drive away.
The villa is a 2 bed 2 bathroom property, as you enter the house you will find the lounge & kitchen is open plan, it has a comfy sofa area, the sofa converts to a sofa bed, so will accommodate a 5th person, there is a large, wall mounted, flat screen TV, with Android box so UK channels can be accessed, via the Internet, A/C unit fitted.

There is a log burner so a delightful touch for those cooler winter months, the kitchen is modern & very well equipped with all you need for a ‘home from home’ experience. Patio doors lead off from the lounge out onto the covered patio area which is truly stunning, the views are something else!

There is an outside dining table & chairs large enough for 6+ persons and also a large outdoor charcoal BBQ… a fantastic touch for those evening social gatherings! The pool is private and measures 8x4mtrs in size, it is an infinity pool and has corner roman steps to enable easier access for children & elderly persons. The garden area is beautifully landscaped with trees & shrubs & modern lighting, it looks great during the evening period when all lit up. There are a few steps down from the patio area to pool so maybe a hindrance to elderly persons. The pool is private and is for the sole use of paying guests only.

The lounge leads off to both bedrooms, both rooms are delightful, bright & airy with plenty of storage room, A/C for comfort, hairdryer. The Master bedroom has a King size bed & patio doors leading out onto terrace area with beautiful pool & sea views, there is an en-suite shower room.
The 2nd bedroom has Twin beds, these can be pushed together to make a large double bed, it also has plenty of storage room, A/C for comfort, there is a 2nd shower room.
Outside the villa is gated and has private off road, covered, parking.

The pool area is stunning, it has sun loungers & parasols offering respite from the midday sun, all in all this is a truly beautiful property!

The villa is located in a super area Anarita Village & just 11 minutes walk to the local village which has a very popular village taverna called The Cork & Bottle which offers good food at inexpensive prices, then there is Olivios Restaurant…..a must for all to try! Mandria village has bigger selection of tavernas & large supermarket just a 5 min drive away. There are also other local convenience stores at hand.
