Villa Serendipity is a new luxury 3 bedroom detached villa with private swimming pool and air-conditioning throughout. It is situated on a quiet gated development within close vicinity of local beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops. It is 5 minutes stroll to the beautiful sandy Corallia beach and local eateries and supermarket.

Further restaurants and supermarkets are available in the main strip of coral bay which is a 5 minute bus ride from the bus stop across the road.
Coral bay is a strip of restaurants, cafes and tour operators. It offers a variety of cuisines including traditional cypriot, french, italian, Japanese, chinese and mexican. Excursions are available to the nearby akamas peninsula which includes a stunning national park. Aphrodite's baths are also located on the edge of this area.

Lovely relaxing stay. Wonderful to have a pool & sea so close by. Slight lack of restaurants in immediate vicinity.

There are only a few restaurants locally but the bus terminal is opposite and takes you straight into Coral Bay where there are loads of restaurants.. Amazing place

We stayed in this amazing villa for 10 days, we didnt want to come home. The villa was immaculate and the host was so helpful. The villa is very well looked after the pool and the surroundings are well maintained. We took my elderly grandparents and my young children they loved it. Strongly recommend and cannot wait to book again

Week in June 2019

Villa as described on website, good size inside and out, nice pool and outside eating space. Situated in quite area just outside Coral Bay strip, you can walk or catch a bus to Coral Bay strip but we hired a small car because it was very hot. Communication with owner was very good and Villa management when we had a small problem with WiFi was good. Would recommend for families and couples looking for a relaxing stay in Coral Bay.

So fabulous we are booking for our honeymoon

Perfect location on a quiet complex with views of the mountains and sea (lovely way to start the day on the balcony with a cup of tea). Villa is clean and comfortable with all amenities you could want on holiday. it feels like a home away from home with everything thought of to make our stay relaxed. The welcome pack arranged of bread, milk, tea, coffee, butter etc and even a bottle of wine in the fridge was amazing as our flight came in late 😍 The pool is clean and the surrounding trees and well maintained garden provide privacy to sunbathe on very comfortable loungers. The sea is only a two minutes walk as is the bus stop which runs every 15 minutes to the main strip or paphos. There is a local supermarket and bar just 100 or so yards away so no need for car rental but I would recommend a car to see more of the island. If staying in is your thing then no worries we often stayed in our swimming clothes sparked up the easy to use gas BBQ and grilled some lovely skewers, steaks, halloumi and/ or fish with a Greek salad and a bottle of wine from phillipos a supermarket just 5 minutes drive away. We often ate on the patio at the back and had aperitifs watching the sun set sat on the patio on the front. Remember to bring some CDs to play on the hifi for extra ambiance 👍👍 A nice change to going out at night was grabbing a pizza or tasty kebab and curling up on the sofas watching films yes we had English films and even fox and fox movies 😄 Lots of fun excursions available such as Segway tours, boat trips, local tavernas, water parks and sight seeing with the information in a folder made planning fun days out a breeze when we could bare to leave our little slice of heaven. Honestly I can't recommend this villa enough xx

Stunning Villa!

The photo's of this villa, do not do it justice. It was immaculate inside and out and had everything you could possibly need. The pool was stunning and was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The owners were friendly and very helpful and the whole booking process was very easy. The directions and entry details were spot on and we were met by the property agent the morning after we arrived. The location of the property is on a beautiful estate and it is very peaceful. It is only a 5 minute walk to Coralia Beach, which is beautiful. There is only really one local bar/restaurant, O'Solomans. Great bar, great food, friendly staff and great for watching sports. There is a local supermarket, but it is only small and very expensive. There is a big supermarket a bit further away, called Phillipos and they offer a free home delivery service. The buses are very regular and on time. They go to the Coral Bay strip and the harbour. It is a good half hour by car from Paphos Airport and a large taxi cost us 60 Euros. The Coral Bay strip was a bit further away than expected and is definitely not in walking distance in the heat of the summer! The only thing I would do differently if I returned, would be to hire a car. For us, it was a very quiet, relaxing holiday, but if you prefer to go out and about a bit more, a car is essential and cheaper than taxis.

Why they chose this property

We have always been a very close family and after having a wonderful family holiday (mum, dad and 3 grown up children) in another villa located in the same complex, we looked into buying a villa of our own so that we could continue to return to the lovely Coral Bay.

There was something accessible in the area for everyone to enjoy, relaxing beaches, nature walks, bars, restaurants, sight seeing, tours, golf and horse riding.

The area is beautiful and kept very clean. The holiday in the villa suited everyone because it meant that we could all do as much or as little as we all wanted!

What makes this property unique

The property is ideally located for everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The beach, local supermarket and a few bars and restaurants are all within a very short walking distance. There is also a bus stop just outside the complex which runs into the main strip of coral bay and also onto the centre of Paphos. For a family there are family run restaurants and the very safe Corallia and Coral bay beaches within easy reach. There are also a wildlife park, bird park and water park within the area. For teenagers and older "grown up" children and adults looking for a night out there are later opening bars within Coral bay itself with music and dancing, there is also the option to go into Paphos itself for a night out. There is definitely something here for everyone.
