Great stay no matter the weather

We had a lovely time staying here, in the garden when it was sunny and snuggled inside when it rained. With its perfect location, right by the bus station and around the corner from the main street we were able to explore the coast and the town easily. There were some thoughtful bits left for us by the host to settle us in, and a nice message, and check in by lockbox was simple, and also nice to be able to leave the keys safe when at the beach. The only thing I'd mention for improvement is that the sofa isn't the comfiest for rainy evening movies after a long day in the sea, and the sound of other flats can be heard occasionally, though we didn't find this disruptive. I couldn't think of a better place to have experienced Newquay in terms of location and facilities, it was perfect for a couples getaway.
