Modern apartment at Lido di Locarno (Suite Parco Lago)

The large and bright living room is composed as follows: an area with a sofa and TV in which to rest and read a book; a dining area with a round dining table for 4 people, in front of the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need; a space with a second sofa that becomes a double bed for the night.
From here there is access to the large terrace, where you can enjoy in the different seasons of the mild Ticino climate, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa.
The bedroom is double, with a large closet to store all one's wardrobe.
Finally, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer for private use concludes the apartment.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.
Free Wi-Fi for the guests.

Parking is private in the condominium garage.
The building also offers a bicycle storage room for guests' use.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.
