The bright kitchen, equipped with an oven and dishwasher, opens into a room lit by large windows, with a dining table for 4 a sitting area with a sofa and Smart TV; for dining and relaxing there is also the large terrace, equipped with a table for 4-6 people, lounge chairs, barbecue and a view of Parco della Pace.
The bedroom has a double bed, so the apartment is perfect for a couple, but it is also ideal for families or groups of friends: the sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed for the night.
This is complemented by two bathrooms: one complete with shower stall, and a second service bathroom with washer and dryer.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Parking is private in the condominium garage.
The building also offers guests a room used for bicycle storage.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
Guests have the access of the whole apartment.
