The studio apartment is located within the Residence, which includes large infinity pool with umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds, a shady area in a grove of holm oaks with tables, chairs and Ping pong table, and a large sun terrace solarium overlooking the sea equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds. A common area has a shared barbecue with tables and chairs. A tennis court and a soccer field are available for a fee.
