Older hot tub, really rough roads getting to address

The owner met us at the house, he was over the top isn’t this great and that great. had set hot tub at 20 degrees took a long time to heat up. It is an older hot tub. Had to put out the garden furniture. The chlorine ran out reached out to owner and there was no extra pucks. The water started to smell the owner took over 6 hours to get us the chlorinepucks. owner claims high end finishes to property but they are notPositives were the towels and sheets were clean lots of room The roads getting to the house are very rough with large pot holes
