Things you need to know
Check in is from 4pm and check out is by 10am. Sleeps 6 across two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The twin bedroom is only suitable for children up to the age of 13 due to low, sloping ceilings. The fridge is an under counter size with a small freezer compartment. Direct access to the beach from the garden. Bed linen and towels are provided, but no beach towels. Wi-Fi throughout the property. A starter pack of sundries such as toilet rolls, hand soap, washing up equipment and dishwasher tablets are provided to get you started. You may wish to bring more for your self catering holiday. The property is ideal for families, or couples looking for a traditional seaside holiday. Little ones are welcome, there is a travel high chair suitable for 12 months and over. There is a hairdryer at the property. There is a coffee machine at the property.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may apply as per your terms and conditions. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours. Parties and loud music are not permitted. Children must be supervised when accessing the beach from the garden.
