THIS CONDO IS THE TOP OF LUXURY WITH CHERRY WOOD HEATED FLOORS THROUGH. HEATED TILED FLOORS IN THE TWO BATHROOMS. GRANITE COUNTER TOPS. EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED IS INCLUDED FOR A RELAXING STAY. LOCATION IS EVERYTHING WITH POLICEMAN’S CREEK AND SPRING CREEK ON EITHER SIDE OF OUR BUILDING. RIGHT NEXT TO THE NEW MALCOLM HOTEL WHERE A ROOM RENTS FOR


2 bedroom 2 bath amazing mountain Condo. 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. 5 Ski Hills within a short drive, 5 Golf Courses close by.

Master Bedroom has a King Size bed in the master with a full on suite. Two Sinks, Shower, Tub. Sitting area in the bedroom, 42” Flat Screen. Heated Floors.

Second bedroom comes with a queen size custom made log bunk bed with a trundle. Heated floors.

Second bathroom has a shower, toilet, single sink heated floors.

Washer and dryer in the unit at your disposal.

The best linens with luxurious towels make this your true home away. Hudson Bay hot tub towels are supplied for the hot tub which is across the hall and has magical views of the Mountains.

The Gourmet Kitchen comes equipped with a gas stove, fridge with water and ice dispenser, microwave and of course a keurig coffee machine with coffee supplied. All dishes, pots and pans, cutlery are supplied to make dining in a real treat- not to mention there is a Gas BBQ on the deck- and yes with views.

We supply: Coffee, Popcorn, shampoo and conditioner- you truly do not need to bring anything with you to enjoy your stay.

A welcoming bottle of wine awaits your arrival along with bottled water in the fridge to take on your walks, hikes or ski trips. There is bike rental in the building as well as trails out the front and the back. Cozy fireplace in the living room with a 65 inch flat screen,over 700 DVD's to curl up and watch after a long day of touring. The luxury continues with granite counter tops, cherry wood floors and amazing original art work from a local Canmore artist and art gallery. Under ground heated parking with a stall right by the elevator. Your hosts are close enough to help but will never impinge on your holiday.

The view of EVERYTHING great not just the Mtns. the entire area was special. Even the building architecture was impressive.The kitchen was very modern and up to date so much so that the dishwasher (Bosch) was so quiet we had to check to see it was working. Rock Fireplace just majic and the high 4 poster bed FANTASTIC

Beautiful Space, Great Location

We had a wonderful time staying here. The hosts were great and had plenty of helpful advice for travellers. The condo was big, beautiful, nicely decorated and the heated floors were a nice experience. It had everything we needed and more. The location is prime, walking distance to everything — downtown, trails, stores, restaurants. We'd definitely book here again.

Amazing property, fully stocked,with beautiful amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked, coffee, tea , hot chocolate, bottled water, sugar and a welcome bottle of wine. Rob and Janet are wonderful hosts sharing all the best Canmore has to offer. Easy walking to town, and wonderful restaurants. The outdoor hot tub is just across the way and after 5pm you can book a private 30 minute soak! This is a wonderful home, with gorgeous artwork that is also pet friendly with great hosts. A PERFECT STAY !

Fantastic condo in a great location

This property is incredible! Immaculately clean and well-appointed. In fact, in all of the rental by owner places we’ve stayed across Canada and the western US, I’ve never seen such a thoughtfulness of detail. The location is perfect. Incredible views from the balcony and just a short walk to downtown Canmore. We loved it so much we’ve already booked our next stay!

Outstanding accommodation in the heart of Canmore

Both my husband & myself found the property totally wonderful; nothing was lacking - the kitchen was well equiipped and stocked with all the essentials. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the wonderful location and its proximity to enjoyable shorter walks with our dog. Janet & Robert provided excellent feedback/instructions, & the bottle of wine was a lovely touch!
