Mt Lady MacDonald Suite w/ Sauna, Pool & Hot Tub at Grande Rockies Resort

This is a beautiful 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Suite in the Grande Rockies Resort. Well furnished and recently renovated you will find everything you need here for a perfect vacation.

One of the greatest things about the Grande Rockies Resort is it's location. A very short walk from the charming downtown area of Canmore, you are close to great shopping and so many amazing restaurants. The Trans-Canada Highway is close by for your day trips into Banff National Park or Kananaskis Country.

The open kitchen is compact but very well stocked with everything you could want to make your own delicious meals. We will supply you enough coffee & tea to get started as well as a few cooking basics. If you have a favourite spice, feel free to bring it along. If you prefer to BBQ, you will find your own gas grill on the private patio.

The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There is second bedroom with a queen bed as well as a 2nd bathroom with a tub and shower.

You will be treated to quality, all natural local bath products from Rocky Mountain Soap Company.

The living room is a comfy place to spend an evening with family or friends. The large TV has Netflix installed. Sign in with your own account and enjoy your favourites. Also in the living room, the sofa has a pullout bed for a little extra sleeping space.

If you are travelling with small children we are happy to provide a Graco Pack & Play style crib as well as a high chair. Just let us know ahead of time so we can make sure these things are ready for you.

Your kids will love the pool area and will sleep well after enjoying the indoor pool with kids play area and a 3 storey waterslide. There is also an indoor/outdoor hot tub to enjoy year round.

You will be provided with a complimentary National Park Pass for your stay. Simply put it in your vehicle and your entire group will enjoy unlimited access to all areas of the National Parks. Skip the line-ups at the park gate and save some money too!

There is a heated underground parkade and you will have 1 reserved space. If you are arriving with an overheight vehicle or your group has 2 vehicles, there is street parking about a block away.

We love our little piece of paradise in Canmore and would love to share it with you!

We loved this property! The main focus of our trip was Banff National Park, and this was our first time there so we had no idea about the area other than what we read about. We were so glad we found this place and Canmore. It is just a beautiful, cozy place and was perfectly located for everything. We were able to walk restaurants and shopping, and it was a short drive to the Park. We would definitely stay there again!!

Great place!

Loved this place and the amenities available. We spent the week exploring Banff and Jasper parks. We did a lot of hiking and it was great to come back and soak in the hot tub. Location was great and the place was clean and accessible. Newly remodeled bathrooms were really nice.

This is a wonderful apartment for four adults and a baby. Everything was plentiful- kitchenware, towels, toiletries. Easy to get in/out. Excellent location within walking distance of everything you might need. And immediately responsive hosts (so important😊). Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The unit had everything we needed. Balcony with a beautiful view and BBQ. Kitchen was stocked with all cooking items you may need. The kids enjoyed the pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub. The restaurant in the resort was very good as well. This resort is also within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and things to do in Canmore.

Great place to stay in Canmore! Wonderful location, easy to walk to shopping, supermarkets, dining options. Owners left a lovely welcome basket with local treats including some of the best Belgium chocolate I’ve eaten! The restaurant downstairs served amazing food if you chose to stay in for the night!Great views of the mountains as you are sitting in the living room or on the patio. The only distraction was traffic noise from the highway behind the unit. It was a surprise; however, over the course of the stay it became background noise and did not distract from all the amazing positives the unit had to offer.Bottom line. Absolutely loved my time there (so did my sister and her husband.). Would definitely stay again if I return to Canmore.

A Great Stay!

Convenient location within easy walking distance to restaurants and wonderful bakeries. Small but adequate for four adults. The jetted tub and showers were updated and soothing after a long day of hiking. Although the condo faces the main highway the windows insulated any noise. Comfortable beds provide restful sleep for all the adults. Nicely decorated and well maintained.
