Our charming apartment is located in a very unique building considered the most central building in the city. There is only one flat per floor and it is only bordered on one side by another building. Thanks to this, you can stay in one of the brightest apartments in the city with 8 large windows and an incredible orientation with views of both the Plaza del Ayuntamiento as well as the City Hall itself and the famous Reyes Catolicos street.

It has two bedrooms, one of them with a 150 cm bed and the other with a bunk bed with two 90 cm beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. It has an independent kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay and a bathroom with towels, hand gel, bath gel, shampoo and a hairdryer. In addition, you also have an iron, ironing board and clothesline and for the comfort of babies we also have a removable cot with its mattress and cover.

In our surroundings you can enjoy a few meters from the best-known area of ​​tapas bars and restaurants in the city called Calle Navas, also the famous Calle de las Teterías, dozens of restaurants of all levels and prices, shops, El Corte Ingles, pharmacies, squares, monuments, streets and neighborhoods as popular as the Paseo de los Tristes, Elvira street, Plaza Nueva, Plaza Bib Rambla, the Albaicín, the Sacromonte with several viewpoints such as the popular Mirador de San Nicolas, etc. You can even walk up to the Alhambra.
