Well kitted out house. Convenient location with bus stop outside for Lisbon bus. Lots of beaches close by. Host provided lots of information on things to see.
Excellent stay. Really private place with large outside area, big open and cool lounge and kitchen area. Has everything we needed to cook and relax in the evenings.

Everything you need is here in this delightful farmhouse with a plunge pool and ideal for access to Setubal and beaches around. Although it sits close to the N10, we were not disturbed in any way.
We arrived at the farm house. The owner greeted us showed us round. He gave us a welcome food & drink basket.
Everything we needed was there.
It was so lovely & relaxing. Lovely surroundings.the farm house was everything we expected out in the countryside.

We stayed at this property from March 29 to April 3rd. It was a lovely little bungalow on the outkirts of town. Property was very pretty and contained its own rows of orange trees which we wete able to get up every morning and pick Oranges and make fresh orange juice
Alexandre was a supper host who was willing to go out of his way to help in any way he could from helping rent a car to sending recommendations on where to eat and places to visit.
Alexandre is the perfect host. The property is nicely decorated and very well equipped. Very small (3x3 m) but clean swimming pool. Huge garden and lots of privacy. The whole property could use an update being a bit worn out. Very close to a very busy road, traffic noise! Beautiful area close to wonderful beaches and charming Setúbal.

Thank you Hans, I really enjoyed having you and you left the house perfect. I regret that you heard some noise from cars passing by on the road, although the road is quite far from the house. This year I had to make a big cut in the hedges around the property that act as a sound barrier. There were a lot of dry branches. For safety reasons I had to make a big cut, it's going to be a very dry year and I'm afraid of fires and the safety of those who stay in the house is my priority. would not sleep rested with those dry branches. For the year this problem will be much attenuated and the green hedge and the natural sound barrier will do the job. Thanks again and I wish you all the best for you two
Alexandre is a great host - supplying extra provisions and every item needed for a turnkey stay.
Lots of room to roam on the property, enough space for dogs to run. The house is clean and spacious with every amenity. It is served by a septic tank which means no TP and it takes a day or two for the house to heat. (Bedrooms are warm right away)
The TV has many channels and the Wi-Fi works well. Grocery is nearby as well as ocean and a wonderful winery. Unlimited oranges for all the juice you can drink. Great area to visit.
Passámos 2 semanas na casa du Sr Alexandre. Passou-se muito bem, a casa têm todo o necessário. O jardim é grande, a piscina é óptima para as crianças. Vamos voltar de certeza !
Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille dans cette charmante maison. On y trouve tout le confort et tout ce dont on a besoin. Il me manque absolument rien. Cette maison est la maison secondaire du propriétaire et ce se sent. C'est tres agréable. Elle est située à proximité de belles plages. Petit bémol : bien comprendre que le bassin est un petit bassin et non une piscine, mour ne pas être déçu une fois sur place.
Sehr schönes Anwesen mit allem was man braucht. Zum entspannen, erholen, zur Ruhe kommen. Die schönsten Städte Portugals quasi direkt vor der Tür. Setubal, Sessimbra, Lissabon oder Cascais alles gut zu erreichen. Man braucht ein Auto, aber dann sind alle Möglichkeiten offen.

Ruim huis, grote tuin en genoeg ruimte voor zon en schaduw.
Alles aanwezig in het huis, zelfs genoeg eten bij aankomst.
Mooie stranden in de buurt en Lissabon/Sintra ook erg mooi.
Als je de weg oversteekt een klein wijkje in (bij verkeerslicht), houdt rechts aan, de weg wordt op een gegeven moment onverhard kun je daar heerlijk een avondwandeling doen. Heel mooi!

Alexandre est une personne super sympa et accueillante,qui prévoit le nécessaire de courses pour commencer le séjour et découvrir les produits portugais. Il nous a conseillé des sites à visiter, des produits à goûter. Vraiment séjour parfait.
Il faudrait juste que le propriétaire regroupe dans un même coin ses matériels. Un peu trop bric à brac à l extérieur. Sinon tout le confort dans un écrin de verdure

Merci pour le commentaire, je suis désolé pour l'extérieur mais comme je l'ai expliqué j'ai été opéré et je n'ai pu faire aucun effort. Le terrain a 12000m2 et c'était impossible à cause de mon état de santé.
Malgré cela, j'ai quitté les abords de la maison très confortablement dans un espace de 2000m2. En tout cas, merci pour votre séjour et j'espère que la prochaine fois vous trouverez ce que vous cherchez. C'est une ferme c'est dur d'être comme une maison avec peu de terrain,
O Alexandre foi muito simpático a recepção e dexou nos muito a vontade com muitas coisas especiais, queijo, vinho. Excelente e recomendo

Un accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire qui a été toujours présent lorsque nous avions besoin d’aide.
Un très grand et très beau jardin, une maison charmante immaculée avec tout le confort, équipement de la cuisine ifantastique.
Nous avons passé un séjour avec un bébé de 4 mois et 2 chiens sans aucun stress.

Love this property, and the quietness and rural atmosphere. The property manager/owner is very proactive in responding to any questions you might have.
It is only a few minutes outside of Setubal and beautiful beaches. Kids would love it here or couples wanting peace & quiet.
schönes Haus auf einen großen Grundstück mit verschiedenen Obstbäumen. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb aber man ist wenigen Minuten in der Stadt.
Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vernieter.
Wochentags hört man tagsüber die Straße etwas aber nicht sehr laut.
Der einzige kleine Haken sind die Hühner vom Nachbarn, der Hahn fängt sehr früh an zu Krähen, vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster.
Für Motorradfahrer top! eine wundervolle Hausstrecke auf einen tollen Berg beginnt 500m vor dem Haus🙂
