Inside this PassivHaus you will find the latest technology and design features, combined with sophisticated and luxuriously spacious, light filled accommodation. The main living areas can be opened up to create a seamless open-plan space, or slide the discreet secret doors closed to create more intimate private rooms. The smart fully fitted breakfast kitchen is perfect for large groups, featuring two ovens, two dishwashers, and two fridge / freezers. There is even a wine fridge for all entertaining needs. The adjoining utility provides laundry facilities, an additional sink, and further storage. Next door, the double height vaulted sitting/ dining room is a sociable space with full height windows and doors that allow light to flood the room. Tasteful furniture is arranged around a wood burning stove. A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine library nook, creating eye-catching focal points. For entertainment, there is a dedicated television / cinema room with an impressive 85" television. And if you're feeling competitive head to the games room, boasting a pool table and table football. Outside is a secluded spot with a permanent outdoor table tennis table. Use of the hot tub is also available for an extra charge. The barn has six generous sized bedrooms, two on the ground floor and four on the first floor, all of which have glazed doors opening to either private or shared terraces, with a combination of three en-suite and two shared bathrooms.

Additional Information: Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Two travel cots and two high chairs available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cots. Pillows and duvets are synthetic fibre. A 7 kW untethered EV charger is available on a pay-per-kWh basis. A small starter selection of pods for the Nespresso coffee machine are provided. External CCTV is active only when property is unoccupied. There is also a video intercom at the gate. Use of a hot tub can be booked for an extra charge of £350 (please request at the point of booking).
