A week in Valencia

The apartment was wonderful, exactly as described. The roof terrace was amazing, the beds really comfortable and the apartment was well equipped as well as stylish. It was also very convenient for walking everywhere in Valencia.

Awesome Apartment in Valencia

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment, we were there 2 weeks. Nicely renovated, bathrooms and showers were great. Bed was very comfortable, AC worked well. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Nice residential neighbourhood with a nice bar/restaurant across the street. Terrace was great too. A short 5 minute walk to the Towers in the old city.

Great outdoor terrace

Loved the check - in process and the smart locks to access the property, operated from our phones, felt very safe. The best thing about this property is the outdoor terrace which was just as advertised. Unfortunately the weather was not great during our stay which meant that for most of our stay the cushions were stored in our bedroom, this coupled with a lack of coathangers meant we were falling over cushions and open suitcases, would have been great to have a storage box on the terrace for the cushions. The rest of the apartment was lovely

Bumpy checking in and not very communicative host/hostess

The place is located in a neighborhood area and close by the center and old center. It's walking distance to the walled city. The apartment is clean every where, they don't leave enough towels and there is no shampoo or enough soap for both the shower or washing your hands. The main issue is the lack of communication starting from giving you the codes and other instructions to get you in the apartment. They keep saying that we didn't yet pay or gave the security deposit even when our bank posted that they have already received the payments. We had to ask VRBO to get involved to ask the host/hostess to let us in. It was really stressful since we didn't have a reassurance by the host we were going to be let in..... For them, it was over and over the issue that they believed we didn't pay the security deposit and again we already had a confirmation from the bank. It was so stressful and at this point I'm not sure I'll stay ever again
