Très bons contacts avec la propriétaire. Le chalet est très bien situé dans un est magnifique et reposant. Il est très agréable, parfaitement équipé ( électroménager, jeux de société pour tout âge, une cheminée qui est utilisable. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Nous avons eu l'autorisation d'amener notre chat Hélios qui s'est vite adapté.

Jolie chalet au calme

Le chalet est spacieux avec 2 chambres et un toilette à l'étage et une chambre, un toilette et une salle d'eau (douche refaite récemment) sur l'inter-étage de l'entrée et enfin un grand séjour salle à manger et cuisine avec une cheminé qui donne sur une petite terrasse qui permet de manger dehors. L'accès au garage est un plus pour laisser ses vélos et y trouver un barbecue pour faire les grillades. Le quartier est calme mais l'accès au lac est bien à 300 m.

L'emplacement de la propriété est en lisière de forêts, c'est bien pour les promenades et randonnées et l'accès au Lac; escaliers un peu difficile, accès au chambres à l'étage et l'accès à la propriété par l'arrière; contrainte pour les branchements(utilisation des appareils ménager). Calme, repos dans un cadre très agréable

L'annonce ne correspond pas complètement à la réalité et notamment la vue sur le lac de Matemale qui y est spécifiée et qui a été déterminante dans notre choix. En fait, il n'y a aucune visibilité du Lac depuis le chalet. A signaler l'absence de climatisation qui rend difficile les nuits chaudes à l'étage. Par contre le logement est très bien équipé et l'environnement est très agréable.
