We were looking for a quiet place to take a few days and unwind, and this was the perfect place to stay! The marsh view was amazing, and we loved being able to enjoy the sunsets from the screened porch. The villa was very clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay. We appreciated Debra's attention to details to make it such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Great communication and easy check in. Close to shopping and restaurants. We can't wait to return!

Just as the title to the listing stated there are lovely views of the marsh, so serene & peaceful. Loved having our morning coffee on the screen porch. The unit was impeccably clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a hassle free weekend. Nice dock that my husband enjoyed fishing off of, though sadly without any luck. Only regret that we weren’t closer to the beach but still highly recommend!

The villa was just as it was pictured!! It is in a very quiet corner of the island and I enjoyed my mornings on the screened in deck!! We had our own private pool which was well maintained and clean. The beaches were some of the best we have visited. Our hostess was easily reachable and very prompt in returning messages. It was an amazing vacation with great memories made!!!

Our stay was wonderful! The place was perfect and in an ideal location—close to everything we wanted to do. We explored Charleston, visited Cypress Gardens, did some shopping, and spent plenty of time at the beach. We were lucky enough to see the dolphins strand a few times, which was a really special experience.We also rode bikes all over the island and really enjoyed the clubs, pools, restaurants, and all the amenities. The sunsets over the marsh are absolutely gorgeous.We couldn't have been happier with our stay and would definitely recommend it. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

The condo was clean and well cared for with beautiful marsh and sunset views! The owner was very communicative and helpful. We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening relaxation. We also loved the community pool as it was mostly empty and a lot more laid back than the beach club pool. Seabrook Island was an amazing trip with so many beautiful houses and wild creatures…seeing the dolphins strand feed was an amazing experience. Highly recommend this condo and a stay on the island!

We had the most relaxing week here! The bed and pillows are amazing! The unit is equipped with everything you could need! We really loved the beach chairs and beach towels that we didn’t have to pack! And that screened-in porch…wow! We spent so much time out there eating, playing cards, watching the birds and taking in the breath-taking sunsets! It’s such a quiet place to stay yet not too far from any of the local attractions! We highly, highly recommend this beautiful rental!

Great place!!!! Had such a wonderful stay! Ate at Salty Dog Cafe which was in walking distance or bike riding. Watched the dolphin while we eat outside. Got to see the strand feeding also! My husband fished in the ocean and caught a few fish! So many dolphin! Spent many hours on the back porch reading! Thank you for letting us stay!

You know how sometimes you visit a place and think it is fabulous, then wonder if the second time it will feel the same way? Well, this condo does and more! This was my second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first. I love the location, the way the condo is laid out, the comfortable mattress, the shower with good water pressure, and the host, Debra. And oh, that screen porch with the view! It is peaceful and quiet, and so pretty. The sunsets are stunning! Close to bike paths, the gym, and Freshfields Village. I can't wait to return! Thank you Debra for hosting me again!

Shopping and restaurants are five minutes away, yet the area has a resort like atmosphere ! The villa is clean and fresh, comfortable and peaceful ! The access to beach gear and kayaks is an added bonus! Very welcoming and relaxing ! The marsh views put you right next to nature ! We loved it !!

Our villa was very pretty, updated & had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The king bed was very comfortable, bathroom very well set up with a nice shower, & the kitchen handy for making our own meals. The one thing we did suggest is due to the saltwater marsh & dry conditions, there was a good amount of pollen on the windows making it difficult to take pictures of the beautful birds & views of the marsh. The host said they'd put in a request from the HOA. This was a new type of rental for us as we usually choose waterfront or oceanfront properties, but we really enjoyed something different. The location was perfectly situated between a lot to do from shopping, hiking, biking & the beautful beaches. Renting bikes was easy as the island shop dropped off & delivered for us & reasonably priced. The many beach entrances, boardwalks, were long at first until we got used to that, & enjoyed watching for wildlife. Make sure you keep your parking passes you receive at villa check in at the guest house on your dash at all times. We got a ticket as one day it had fallen off the dash, but they quickly took care of at the admin office. It's a very safe gated community. The pool small but perfect for us. Wasn't crowded even on the hottest days. We didn't use the included kayaks as was quite a walk for us to take them off stand by the pool, take one at a time on the provided cart & walk behind another building, down a dock to launch. Overall we highly recommend. Great host!
