"Indigo Blue" is a beachfront luxury condo located at Grande Bay Resort. The unit boasts unobstructed oceanfront and bay views from the desirable second floor. The waterfront balcony allows you to hear the gentle waves of Cruz Bay 30 feet from the condo. Part of the charm of Indigo Blue is having morning coffee or afternoon drinks on the balcony while watching the sailboats. Indigo Blue may be rented as a 2BR, 1BR Suite or Studio Suite. Each option has a private entrance to accommodate families or couples. We also own Mojo Blue 2 BR, 1BR and Studio which are located next to Indigo Blue in the front row building same level.

The Studio Suite features a granite kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and hot plate. A Weber electric grill is located on the front balcony. The Studio has a king size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The full bath has granite counters and a tiled shower. All linens including beach towels are provided. Additionally, beach chairs and coolers are available for your use. Each condo has a washer / dryer combo, and they are fully air conditioned.

Indigo Blue is less than a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars and the ferry dock. As you arrive on the ferry Grande Bay is on your right in Cruz Bay harbor. The Studio does not have a reserved parking space. Only the 2 Bedroom and 1 Bedroom condos come with a reserved space. Many guests prefer to walk to restaurants and shopping and hire taxis for transport to the north shore beaches. The front desk at Grande Bay will arrange taxi transportation for all Indigo Blue guests.

Grande Bay amenities include: Resort heated saltwater pool with hot tub overlooking Cruz Bay, air-conditioned workout room with Pilates Reformer and state of the art equipment, and free wireless internet. If traveling to the British Islands passports are required.

I can’t say enough about our experience. Excellent communication from our hosts, above and beyond. The condo was beautiful and just as described. In the perfect location close to everything but very peaceful. Not only were our hosts extremely helpful and accommodating, but the office staff was so pleasant and took care of all of our requests immediately. I can’t recommend this condo and its hosts enough. Thank you for making our stay truly magical.

Check-in was great at the front desk of the condos. We did not have a parking spot, since it was a studio, but we ended up parking at the free lot near the post office most days. The location was amazing, getting to enjoy coffee on the front porch as the boats came in. The place was clean and the perfect space for my husband and I. The backup generators were great for the last couple of days, as we still had power even though much of the island did not. Overall, it was an excellent stay in St. John!

We had one of the smaller units. We rented a car with no where to park. We had asked if we could use one of the parking spaces because there were several spaces that were not used while we were there. Other than that, it was wonderful.

We love Grande Bay! This unit was just above the street but we didn't notice any noise and in fact left the screen door open to listen to the waves. Fabulous! The bed and pillows were super comfy!

We have been vacationing on St. John for 23 years. Our first visit was our Honeymoon and from that moment we fell in love with the island. Our children have learned how to swim, snorkel and explore on this island and we continue to make wonderful memories with every return trip. I enjoy sharing advice on where to dine and what beaches to visit for your vacation in paradise. I hope you enjoy St. John as much as we do.

We chose Grande Bay as our St. John home because of the premier location. The view is amazing. The amenities are unsurpassed and the convenience to Cruz Bay restaurants and shopping is ideal. The two bedroom lockout feature works well for our family allowing togetherness and independence when needed. The island is so beautiful you can sit back and enjoy your view at the beach and your view from Indigo Blue.

What makes this property unique

The location of Indigo Blue is in the lower Grande Bay building closest to the beach which allows you to hear the gentle waves of Cruz Bay. We enjoy listening to the waves at night. If this is important to you we would recommend the lower buildings rather than the upper building units at Grande Bay.
