Located one block from Cruz Bay restaurants and ferry, Grande Bay features a beautiful pool, sun deck, hot tub, exercise facility and WIFI. This complex combines LUXURY and LOCATION.

FEATURES:
Sleeps 2-4 persons, 1 bedroom with king-size bed, living room with queen sleeper sofa, full bath. Two flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom with 57 cable stations.

ONE DAY SCENERIO
Enjoy morning coffee lounging on 4 captain chairs on the balcony watching the boats and ferries and a full view of the ocean, harbor, and distant islands.. Then consider visiting world, top-10 Trunk Bay beach by car (your reserved parking space is next to the elevator) or use the taxi shuttle at the gazebo. At the beach, sink your toes in the sand, soak up the sun or lounge in the shade before a mid-day snorkel on the National Park underwater trail.

Stroll along the beach, doze, or read in your beach chair. Return to your place and dress informally for dinner at one of the many great restaurants, including Waterfront Bistro, Morgans Mango, Rhumb Lines, or Lime Inn, just a block or two away. All this and its just the first day of your vacation in paradise. Tomorrow you might drive or take the $1 new VItran bus to Salt Pond Bay, where sighting southern sting rays and green turtles is almost guaranteed. Hike up Ram Head for a glimpse of St. Croix 40 miles away before stopping at Shipwreck Landing or Skinny Legs for an afternoon rum punch.

Spend the evening on our balcony savoring Uncle Joe's take-out barbecue, watching the sunset and twinkling lights of St. Thomas - a perfect way to enjoy the evening. Tomorrow you might be ready for more snorkeling at Waterlemon Cay or Hawksnest. If it is Thursday or Sunday, you can take the 8:00 a.m. day ferry to Virgin Gorda to visit the Baths. On Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, another 8:00 ferry travels to Jost Van Dyke, where Foxys, the Soggy Dollar Bar, and the Blow Hole are attractions.

This 1-bedroom, 1 bath condo features a state-of-the-art kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel dishwasher and side-by-side fridge, microwave, blender, Keurig and standard coffee maker and toaster. A good night's sleep is guaranteed in the king-size bed. There is an ideal reserved parking space next to the elevator accessing the unit.

Really enjoyed our week long stay. Great location, easy walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Just as pictured, clean, well stocked and comfortable- great view of the bay. Parking spot is a plus and very convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay here again on a return trip- thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Grande Bay Resort. The place had everything we needed. Communication with the owner and the property manager was perfect. The ability to rent the jeep directly through the property was so convenient and allowed us to get around the island to the beaches. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Love Cruz Bay!

We really enjoyed our stay again this year at Grande Bay. The apartment was excellent. A great place to stay and the property managers were very responsive. Would stay again.

Fantastic Property

We enjoyed our stay, so close to everything, we did not even rent a car, used the local transportation. The beach is right out in front of the property with bars and restaurants, The beach bar is the best. We did a snorkel trip to Lime Out..The condo is clean and comfortable.

Beautiful property

Condo is as explained and has everything you need. The option of renting a jeep is also seamless, which allows you to visit the island, explore and enjoy all the beautiful beaches. Property is in the perfect location to walk to local restaurants in the evening.

Everything about this place was absolutely wonderful, the only issue was when we first got there the entire apartment was full of mosquitoes, it’s probably because the cleaning person left the door open in the process of cleaning, other than that everything was absolutely wonderful

25th Anniversary

The location was absolutely perfect!!! We did have a rental but only used it to visit different beaches. We were walking distance to everything fun filled. We spent much time on the balcony… mornings with coffee watching the boats come in and out of port. Evenings were just as amazing! Sunswept felt like home. Stocked with everything you need for a stay… from making breakfast to making dinner and then having a great sleep. Highly recommend!!!

Sunswept getway!

We were so impressed with the communication from the owner and property managers-so organized and helpful! A special touch was being greeted at the ferry and delivered to the condo; thanks, Darren! The condo is beautiful, clean and well-stocked. Another perk was being able to rent the jeep that comes with the unit. We felt like we were "home" during our time here. The location is fabulous-less than a block from Cruz Bay. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect little place right in Cruz Bay

This location is key! It is right next to all the action in Cruz Bay yet tucked away enough that you still have quiet and privacy. We could walk to all the restaurants and shops in Cruz Bay not even five minutes away which made it really perfect for happy hour. The one bedroom condos come with a designated parking space so if you rent a keep you never have to worry about a space in town. The condo was perfect for us had everything we could need ! We loved having the kitchen and the washer and dryer came in handy. Beds are so comfy ! The owners really have considered everything a visitor could need. The couch wasn’t the most comfortable but who is really hangout on a couch when you have all St John beaches to visit! The view from the balcony is outstanding and we often just sat out there in the morning watching the sun rise and boats coming in and out of the harbor. The condo was pristine and would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here with our 8 year old. This unit at Grande Bay was everything we expected. Very clean, well appointed, and responsive management. Great views from the balcony where we enjoyed takeout a couple nights. Unit had beach chairs and coolers, even a small grill on the balcony. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything would need to make a meal. Convenient location with assigned parking spot, which is huge in Cruz Bay. Great pool area with awesome views of the sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay & even though Carnaval was going on the villa was in the perfect location, close but not too close to be kept awake at night. Loved having a dedicated parking spot close to the elevator, access to the ice machine was a plus & all the beach chairs, floats, coolers, etc was another bonus. We will definitely be back. Super clean & well equipped with everything you need.

Excellent location. Sunswept had everything we needed to enjoy our St John vacation. The condo was well stocked. All appliances worked well. Property manager was available by text and helpful. The parking space provided was a good location. The beach storage closet in parking garage was very helpful. We so enjoy being able to walk to dinner from grande bay.

The place was great and the location was even better! The only negative I can say is the elevator was not working and another person told be it had been out for a long time and the year prior. 5 floors is a lot to carry baggage. Other than that, we had a terrific stay!

Best Girl’s Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this condo . Location is amazing - a short walk to town. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings, watching the boats and listening to the music from the Beach Bar . The pool and hot tub are great after a long day at the beach . This unit was stocked with everything we needed - towels, toiletries , beach chairs and coolers . Management was super responsive . We would love to stay here again !
