Located one block from Cruz Bay restaurants and ferry, Grande Bay features a beautiful pool, sun deck, hot tub, exercise facility and WIFI. This complex combines LUXURY and LOCATION.

FEATURES:
Sleeps 2-4 persons, 1 bedroom with king-size bed, living room with queen sleeper sofa, full bath. Two flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom with 57 cable stations.

ONE DAY SCENERIO
Enjoy morning coffee lounging on 4 captain chairs on the balcony watching the boats and ferries and a full view of the ocean, harbor, and distant islands.. Then consider visiting world, top-10 Trunk Bay beach by car (your reserved parking space is next to the elevator) or use the taxi shuttle at the gazebo. At the beach, sink your toes in the sand, soak up the sun or lounge in the shade before a mid-day snorkel on the National Park underwater trail.

Stroll along the beach, doze, or read in your beach chair. Return to your place and dress informally for dinner at one of the many great restaurants, including Waterfront Bistro, Morgans Mango, Rhumb Lines, or Lime Inn, just a block or two away. All this and its just the first day of your vacation in paradise. Tomorrow you might drive or take the $1 new VItran bus to Salt Pond Bay, where sighting southern sting rays and green turtles is almost guaranteed. Hike up Ram Head for a glimpse of St. Croix 40 miles away before stopping at Shipwreck Landing or Skinny Legs for an afternoon rum punch.

Spend the evening on our balcony savoring Uncle Joe's take-out barbecue, watching the sunset and twinkling lights of St. Thomas - a perfect way to enjoy the evening. Tomorrow you might be ready for more snorkeling at Waterlemon Cay or Hawksnest. If it is Thursday or Sunday, you can take the 8:00 a.m. day ferry to Virgin Gorda to visit the Baths. On Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, another 8:00 ferry travels to Jost Van Dyke, where Foxys, the Soggy Dollar Bar, and the Blow Hole are attractions.

This 1-bedroom, 1 bath condo features a state-of-the-art kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel dishwasher and side-by-side fridge, microwave, blender, Keurig and standard coffee maker and toaster. A good night's sleep is guaranteed in the king-size bed. There is an ideal reserved parking space next to the elevator accessing the unit.

Beautiful villa and extremely clean. We loved our stay, having a few items that were left behind from previous guests was great! Saved us from buying items where we only needed a little. The locker with chairs and a cooler was a big win so we had more packing room for items. The location was close to restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to visit the island again.

Excellent communication really made our first trip to St. John easy! Loved that they provided a Jeep to rent, free beach chairs and a backpack cooler. The pool was nice for the kids to hang out with other kids late in the afternoons after getting back from the beach! We had a blast and highly recommend Sunswept at Grande Bay!

This villa was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Communication with the owners and property manager leading up to our trip was clear and prompt. Check-in was extremely smooth. The unit was very clean and had an amazing island vibe. We absolutely loved the decor. The ocean view was gorgeous and we love being close to town. Having a parking space in the garage was wonderful. The king-size bed was very comfortable and all the furniture was very nice and had a wonderful caribbean look. The bathroom was small but very nice and had plenty of towels. All the appliances worked great and there was plenty of dishware. We would definitely stay in this villa again!

The condo wss lovely and well managed. It is a wonderful location with access to the ferry, restsurants, and shopping. Just a short taxi or drive to the beach. My favorite was the beautiful balcony!

Lovely view and wonderful pool overlooking the ocean. Host checked to make sure we were able to get in and that we found everything to our liking- which we definitely did! Owner made it very easy to rent a jeep for drives to beaches close by. Hope to stay there again!

Good location in Cruz Bay. The use of our own parking spot for the week as well as the large storage of beach chairs was really convenient and helpful. The unit worked out fine and was mostly comfortable. Would be a tight fit for more than two people although is probably okay with smaller children. Nice view for sitting on the deck. The check in and out could not be easier and the communication with the host and manager was really good.

This was another fantastic stay at Sunswept in Cruz Bay. I’m a repeat guest, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. The condo is always exceptionally clean, and it’s clear the owners take great pride in maintaining it.The kitchen is well stocked making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a huge convenience, especially after days at the beach.The dedicated parking space is a major plus in Cruz Bay, and the views from the property are absolutely beautiful. The bedding is also incredibly comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep after long days exploring St. John.Everything about this rental is well thought out, comfortable, and convenient. I highly recommend Sunswept to anyone visiting St. John, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip.
