This top floor 3 bedroom high volume ceiling self-catering apartment boasts secure underground parking and a state of the art battery backup system to alleviate the national load shedding energy crisis. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and stroll off for breakfast or coffee at one of the many trendy breakfast bars or restaurants a couple minutes walk away.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and is ideal for a group of friends or family. The living area opens up onto a comfortable balcony with mountain and sea views. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities guests would require of a self-catering setting such as an oven / stove, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

The lounge has a smart flat screen TV equipped with a complimentary Netflix subscription, DSTV Now (please login using your own personal DSTV Now account) and other streaming services. No live TV channels provided.

There are 2 dedicated underground parking bays.

The complex also has a self service coin operated laundry, including washing machines and tumble dryers with a communal outside drying line. Please use at own risk.

Guests are permitted to use the communal heated pool and BBQ facilities as well as the private BBQ on the patio. For safety please only use charcoal briquettes. No wood fires are permitted in the complex!
