Located in Las Marinas just 1km from the town centre and 900m from the beach, this apartment has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation.
The apartment is located inside a gated complex with parking and a fabulous communal pool and lawned gardens. It is on the first floor over looking the communal swimming pool, with its own private south facing terrace, so it is ideal for winter and summer vacations.
The main floor is open planned with kitchen, dining room and lounge area (with sofa bed) it has air conditioning, wood burning stove and wifi. The bathroom is also on the first floor. Upstairs is the main bedroom which is spacious.
The apartment is available for monthly winter rentals and utility consumption will be charged additionally.
