ABASTOS "Ferrol" Apartment

Renovated accommodation, located right in the heart of Ferrol, in the Magdalena area. Ideal for a sightseeing trip to the city as a couple or with 1 or 2 children (we have a cot and an extra bed available; please ask about availability). The apartment has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay!!

The master bedroom features a 140x200 double bed, a small sofa, and a desk—perfect for remote work. There is also a small living room with a dining table, TV stand, 32-inch TV, and a sofa. Finally, there is a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It has a small terrace at the back.

The best way to get around city centre is on foot, since the apartment is very centrally located.
To get to places outside the city (beaches, hiking trails, etc.), a private car is the most convenient option, although you can also take public transport—there’s a stop about 100 metres from the accommodation

This accommodation is heated by radiators, which are available from November through April.

In light of the climate and social emergency, we are calling for responsible use and want to be part of the solution, not the problem. Therefore, given our city’s oceanic climate—where temperatures during the coldest winter months range from 6° to 15° C— we will provide heating during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature between 18° and 20° C.

The maximum consumption covered by the rate is limited to one gas cylinder every 4–5 days, depending on the weather. Guests can choose the operating schedule based on their living habits. It’s important to understand that heating a property like ours is not the same as heating a smaller space, such as a hotel room (15 m²).
