WePuglia - Dimora Rirì

Dimora Rirì is an independent house on two levels located in a very central position, few steps away from the historic center of Polignano a Mare. The accommodation has a beautiful terrace with swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi.

The pool is open from 24th April to 2nd November.

A stone staircase leads to the first floor entrance hallway which gives access to the two double bedrooms. On the right we find the first bedroom with double bed, desk and bathroom with shower. The room is also equipped with a small external atrium with table and chairs.

On the left of the hallway there is a second double bedroom with bathroom with shower, two desks and a small balcony. In this second bedroom there is also a door that gives access to the stairwell, where there is a storage room with washing machine. Reaching the second floor we find the kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink and counter with chairs.

Going up the staircase, it leads to the terrace for the exclusive use of guests where we find an outdoor table and chairs, two sun loungers, swimming pool and outdoor shower.



On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate.

To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.



Check-In: from 4pm to 11pm (Late Check-In until 02:00am 30€)

Check-Out: before 10am



Cautionary Deposit: 150€
