A private garden of 80 square meters with table and chairs for sunbathing is located south side of accommodation with 180-degree view of the sea and cultivated terraces. Maximum privacy and duration of sunshine. Adjacent to the garden private parking space.
The apartment of 50 square meters, finished building in 2013, and finished on the outside with a cover made of local stone and overlooking the garden with large sliding door and two windows all with great views. Inside is very bright and fresh, thanks to the thick stone walls.
