Central Studio, 50m from the sea, pedestrian, 2 people
small studio center (alleys) pedestrian area 50 meters from the sea, 100 meters from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II. The 'height of the bathroom and' 170cm and takes a shower while sitting, but the location and 'central and still worth a small sacrifice! The stable and 'typical Ligurian and very well kept, and the studio' around about 20 square meters, is located on
the 3rd floor without elevator. With sofa bed (the bed 120 x
200 cm), fridge, microwave oven, electric hob and 'a small
but nice size with more' by boat from home! Heating and air conditioning (including dehumidification).
NO television and washing machine.
The location offers every kind of comodità,
and in case of bad weather, you can always visit Varigotti, Finalborgo and Borgio Verezzi

Piccolo ma centrale
L'ambiente è piccolo ma lo sapevamo perché era precisato nella descrizione.
Comodissimo per il centro e per il mare e, avendo utilizzato il monolocale solo per dormire, per noi si è rivelata la qualità più apprezzata.

Una settimana rilassante
Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima sig Ivana che ci è venuta a prendere alla stazione ( che si trova a meno di 5 Min a piedi )e portato nella casetta. La casa é piccola ma confortevole e non manca nulla, abbiamo trovato addirittura comoda la doccia da seduti dopo una giornata stancante al mare...non si hanno sorprese perché tutto come da descrizione.
Dalla finestra delle scale si può vedere la spiaggia libera con il mare che dista a 50mt. Si trova nel pieno centro con tutti i servizi e ristoranti vicino posizione stra comoda.. Siamo stati veramente bene grazie Luca e Ivana alla prossima. Denise e Giuseppe

breve vacanza a Finale
Ho trascorso con mia figlia diciassettenne una settimana a Finale nella casa di Luca. Il
monolocale è piccolino ma dispone di tutti i confort. È situato in una posizione fantastica, di fronte al mare nel “budello” di Finale. Il proprietario e la signora che ci ha accolto sono gentilissimi e davvero accoglienti. Consigliatissimo per chi ha spirito di adattamento. Ritornerò

Molto buona la posizione, direi eccellente. Come tipologia di appartamento direi molto particolare, ma se come me ci si adatta a tutto in questa “casetta” si sta davvero bene. Nel cuore di Finale...
Come vivere in una barca , ma sotto un tetto nel centro di Finale....
sicuramente gli spazi non sono quelli di un appartamento classico, ma la posizione vale la pena di qualche sacrificio. Tutte le comodità sono a portata di mano, ma bisogne mettere in conto di vivere in uno spazio limitato.

Siamo stati bene
Siamo stati 10 giorni e siamo stati bene. Il monolocale e' piccolino ma dotato di tutti i comfort, nel pieno centro, col mare praticamente di fronte, comodo ai servizi. Ringraziamo il Sig. Luca , molto gentile e disponibile le persone che hanno collaborato con lui!! A presto

Monolocale dotato di ogni...
Monolocale dotato di ogni confort. Comodissimo a tutti i servizi, infatti per arrivare alla spiaggia libera basta praticamente solo attraversare e anche i budelli con i negozi sono vicinissimi.
Buon gusto nell'arredamento che rispecchia un ambiente tipicamente marino. Il proprietario è molto gentile e cortese. Insomma comodissimo punto d'appoggio per chi vuole rilassarsi e godersi una serena vacanza nella splendida Finale.

"Simpaticissimo monolocal...
"Simpaticissimo monolocale che non ha riservato nessuna sorpresa.Pulito e completo di ogni attrezzatura. Posizione veramente comoda, praticamente si attraversa la strada e si è in spiaggia pur essendo in centro al paese con le relative comodità. L''alloggio è un piccolo rifugio , molto suggestivo e soprattutto molto romantico per una coppia. Si respira veramente il mare e la Liguria. A noi è piaciuto molto e lo consigliamo a tutti coloro che amano trovare lo spirito dei luoghi. Buon rapporto qualità /prezzo per godersi il mare . Ci torneremo"

"Monolocale particolare, è da vivere per capire come con poco spazio si è comodi.
Pulitissimo, completo di ogni conformort che serve, arredato al punto giusto.
Soggiorno piaevolissimo tanto che ho già conermato per agosto.
