A unique and beautiful character home & riverside apartment in Bexley Village, down a private track in a delightfully secluded plot of over 3 acres. Enjoy quality time with loved ones, either alfresco dining at our outside kitchen, travelling to London within 30 mins, or walking into Bexley, a bustling village with a choice of pubs, restaurants & deli's.

Xmas stay

Perfect place to spend the festive days of Xmas. Big enough for all nine of us to be together but also to have our own space for sleeping. Kitchen well equipped to enable festive cooking. House with lots of character & charm. Due to the rainy weather we stayed indoors and location ideal for that.

Great find

We spent 3 days here for a team retreat. Katie and Toby were great hosts and quick to respond to all of our queries. The house and grounds were great, Bexley itself was easy to get to from central London and plenty of places to eat.
