Ideally located, in a residence in a quiet neighborhood on the banks of the Lay river separating the 2 seaside communities. Beaches, forests, entertainment, shops and markets are just a few minutes away by bike. Kilometers of secure cycle paths will enable you to discover this natural area of the Côte de Lumière. The most beautiful beaches in the Vendée await you.
