The property was brilliant. It was clean and had everything we needed for a family holiday. The location was excellent, we enjoyed walking into town in an evening and getting the free bus back home. We have already booked to return next year

Perfekte Lage

Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage in einem ruhigen Teil von La Tranche-sur-Mer. In 8 Gehminuten ist man am Strand, in 20 Minuten im Ortskern mit zahlreichen guten Restaurants. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Es gibt eine Terrasse, auf der man sitzen und grillen kann. Die Garage ist praktisch für ggf. gemietete Fahrräder, denn für das Auto gibt es einen Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert (auf Französisch), er hat uns auch eine versehentliche Sachbeschädigung nachgesehen. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Besten Dank an den Vermieter.

Ein angenehmes Feriendomizil

Das Haus hat uns innen und außen sehr gut gefallen, es liegt in einer schönen und sehr ruhigen Umgebung und hat eine nicht einsehbare Terrasse, auf der man immer Sonne bekommt. Nachmittags ist sie aber auch angenehm verschaltet.

Séjour parfait !

La maison est très bien située : Proche de la mer, proche du centre-ville, et au calme. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la propreté des lieux en arrivant. De plus le propriétaire est vraiment très arrangeant sur l’heure d’arrivée. La maison est équipée correctement avec une super petite terrasse à l’arrière et une autre un petit peu plus grande juste à côté. L’annonce correspond vraiment à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place.

Sehr entspannt...

Tolle lage für familien, man kann sowohl zum strand als auch zum bäcker laufen. Wir sind jedoch größtenteils zu nahen traumstränden gefahren (10km). Das haus ist sehr grosszügig und hat alles, was man braucht. Die wascjmaschine sollte erneuert werden, weil sie kaum noch ihren dienst tut. Alles in allem aber sehr schön.

Ausstattung

Das Haus selber und der Schnitt der Räumlichkeiten war gut. Lediglich die Ausstattung und Pflege des Gebäudes und Gartens läßt zu Wünsachen übrig. Eine Renovierung der Räume und Bäder ist dringend erforderlich. Insbesondere die Möbel zeigen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Die Kleiderschränke sind in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.

Mr JANSSEN, Je vous remercie pour vos appréciations. La salle d'eau du ré de chaussée a été entièrement refaites en 2020. Les travaux de peinture ont pris du retard pour la chambre. La salle d'eau de l'étage est plus ancienne. Le jardin est entretenu régulièrement par mes soins et nous n'utilisons plus de produits mauvais pour l'environnement les herbes repoussent plus vite. Tolle Ferienvilla in bester Lage

Wir haben das Haus für eine Woche im Juli als Familie mit zwei Teenagern gemietet. Der Vermieter spricht französisch ist aber sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das im Maisonette-Stil geschnittene moderne, Architektenhaus verfügt über zwei nicht einsehbare Terassen und einem kleinen Balkon im ersten Stock. Schicke Architektur, die mit drei Schlafzimmern (zwei davon mit französischen Betten) und zwei Bädern sehr viel Platz bietet. Die Küche war klasse ausgestattet, Kochutensilien und Geschirr in Hülle und Fülle. Für den Garten gibt es zwei Tischgarnituren und einen Liegestuhl. Die Lage in einem sehr ruhigen, gehobenen Ferienhausgebiet mit 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, 10 Miniten Fußweg in den Ort und 5 Minuten Autofahrt in den örtlichen Supermarkt ist einfach klasse. Der breite, auch im Sommer recht einsame Strand ist super zum chillen, surfen und schwimmen. Ein durchgehend sandiger, noch flacherer, kindgerechter Strand (mit WC und Strandbar) ist 10 Fußminuten weiter entfernt. Das Objekt bietet zwei Stellplätze und eine Garage (wo sich zu unserer Freude auch ein Kugelgrill gefunden hat). Was gibts zu mäkeln? Nur Kleinigkeiten: Die Waschmaschiene ist zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuchs etwas altersschwach und die Ledersofas im Wohnzimmer sind immer noch bequem aber etwas verschlissen. Was man bei einer Reise nach Frankfreich nach unserer Erfahrung immer beachten muss: In Ferienwohnungen und auch in diesem Objekt gibt es oft keine Bettwäsche und keine Badezimmerhandtücher. Fazit dennoch: uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Gute Lage, Gute Raumaufteilung

Wir waren da nur zu Zweit. Wie französisch üblich leider nur sehr enge Doppelbetten. Ansonsten gute Lage und Ausstattung. Fön fehlt leider, deutsche Fernsehprogramme entgegen Beschreibung nicht empfangbar. Würde die Sache dann in sehr gut verschieben.

Je vous remercie pour votre appréciation. Les lits doubles sont de 140 cm et conformes au descriptif de la maison. Un sèche-cheveux est normalement disponible dans le meuble de la salle d'eau du ré de chaussée. Effectivement, il n'est pas possible de regarder les programmes de télévision Allemands à partir de la télévision, mais à partir d'Internet cela doit être possible. Cordialement. JN CHIRON;
