Both floors are available to rent. This up and down duplex offers 3 BR (sleeps 7) and 1 bath per floor with off street parking (2 vehicles per unit). Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the top deck and partial ocean views from the lower level due to sand dunes.
Each unit has a full kitchen, central A/C, washer, dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, 2 flat screen TVs and WIfi. Beach chairs, umbrella and 6 beach badges also are provided with each unit.
Well-behaved family dogs are welcome with owner approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Please brings protective coverings for the sofa and bedding.

We grew up spending summer vacations in Sea Isle City, NJ, and dreamed of owning our own place at the shore. Our dream came true on 4/28/17. We’re very invested in this property and take a lot of pride in the improvements we’ve made for our guests. Our goal is to provide value for your hard-earned vacation.
Why they chose this property
We chose LBI for the surf fishing and the relaxed atmosphere. We chose this property for the views and the rental history. Since then, we've come to appreciate the original beach cottages located on our block and the homeowners who maintain them. It feels good to be here and we hope our renters will feel the same way.
