About this property

Duplex with large terrace in the heart of Cap Ferret, 200m from the beach on the Bassin side.

The rental we offer is a duplex at the foot of the lighthouse of Cap Ferret approximately 53m2 it is a terraced house floor with a beautiful terrace in a small residence.
Fully equipped (EXCEPT linen but with washing machine) you will find on the ground floor toilet, shower, living room with TV and TNT, a fitted kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven grill, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker , toaster, kettle ...), opening onto a large wooden terrace of 50 m2 exposed vegetated southeast with large table, griddle, parasol and shower.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with large closets, landing with toilet, a large modern bathroom with shower, double sinks and cabinets with hairdryer and heated towel rail. One room has a bed 160 cm, the other room 4 beds 90 cm by 190 cm. Both are equipped with large closet with wardrobes and smart storage for children.
The view of both the floor as the ground floor overlooking a typical vegetation waterfront.
You can access the terrace or by the room or by a separate entrance to get bikes or stroller, and rinse your feet or take a shower before entering the house.
A place of secure parking in the basement is available. Market, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants, oyster area, sails club, playground for children and beaches on foot.
Accommodation not suitable for groups of friends or family with children quite dissipated.

Die Lage ist super. Sehr zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Strand zum Becken ( nur bei Flut) in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Strand zum Ozean 15 min Fußweg. Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Superbe location au Cap Ferret

L’appartement est très bien situé (à deux pas des commerces et d’une plage du bassin), très bien équipé et aménagé. La terrasse est très agréable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et a été disponible pour les questions que nous avons eues pendant notre séjour.Je recommande fortement cette location !

Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à passer 3 semaines au Cap Ferret, dans ce duplex très agréable à vivre, très bien décoré et agencé , fonctionnel (rien de manque) , convivial, lumineux. La grande terrasse ensoleillée et sans vis à vis est particulièrement appréciable. Situé au coeur du Cap Ferret, à deux pas de tous les commerçants, du marché, de la plage, du phare ...et de très bons restaurants, ce duplex n'en est pas moins au calme. Un petit paradis!

7ème année passée au Cap Ferret pour nos vacances et ce duplex est la meilleure location que nous ayons eu. Appartement idéalement situé, décoration soignée de très bon goût, propreté irréprochable, parfaitement équipé et vaisselle raffinée (un énorme plus !). Tout est à sa place dans les moindres détails ! En famille nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et nous en avons pris soin comme chez nous. Nous nous y sommes resourcés. Un magnifique appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cet appartement au calme, très propre, fonctionnel (tout y est comme à la maison) et à la décoration très soignée. De plus, son emplacement est idéal : - 3min du bassin à pieds et moins de 10min de l'océan à vélos - Au pied du phare, des commerces (poissonnerie, boulangerie...), resto et quartier ostréicole. Bref, nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances ! Merci pour votre sympathie. J'espère à l'année prochaine !

belles vacances dans un appartement bien agréable

La description de la location et sa situation est bien précise! vraiment à quelques pas au bord du bassin ... L'appartement est très agréable et confortable - bien "cosy", très bien entretenue et propre - une ambiance chaleureuse, familiale avec bon goût! on a adoré de vivre une semaine dans cet endroit! :) Le propriétaire très charmant, disponible et a donné des bons conseils! que à recommander - même aux amis! A Cap Ferret on trouve pour tous les goûts des bon restaurants, activités et attractions. Nous, on vient pour profiter un maximum de l'océan ... nous avons passé des vacances inoubliable et voudrons bien retourner ....
