Dear Richie, I’m very surprised by your comment; it seems to me that you’ve changed your opinion since our last phone conversation. In your opinion, my apartment is "dated and tired." I would have agreed if you were talking about the owner of the apartment, that is, me, but as for my apartment, I must respectfully disagree with you entirely. Your assessment of it being" tired and dated" reminds me of an anecdote with one of my students: He had just come back from vacation; he had gone to Venice, and I asked him, so, how did you find Venice? Did you like it? He replied, no. I said, why? He said, it’s old. !!!! Fortunately, my apartment isn’t old. Maybe it’s its style that you consider old, that’s your right, but all the appliances are less than two years old: the fridge, the dishwasher, the washing machine, the water heater, the electric stove, all of it was replaced at most two years ago. So I have a hard time understanding and accepting your opinion. If it’s the style you’re criticizing, you saw it in the photos, so I don’t understand how this can be. It took me a lot of time to set up this apartment. A lot of my hosts are coming back because of the warm "atmosphère " of the appartement. I’m not claiming that this is a luxury apartment, but if you prefer, I can recommend a five-star hotel that’s opening up in le Cap Ferret; it’s very well located, perhaps a bit less impersonal, but the rate will be slightly higher. Super gelegenes Appartement zwischen den Becken von Arcachon und dem Atlantik. Ein Bäcker, ein Fahrradverleih als Nachbar und der Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Tolle Restaurants nur 3-5 Minuten entfernt.Das Appartement beinhaltet alles was man braucht und ist liebevoll eingerichtet.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und er hat sich zwischendurch erkundigt, ob alles ok ist und Tips gegeben.

Zauberhaftes Apartment – einfach alles TOP!

Ein großartiger Gastgeber – vorausschauend, aufmerksam und mit rechtzeitigen Infos zur Anreise. Die Lage ist fantastisch: Nur 5 Minuten zum Strand am Bassin, 10 Minuten zur Atlantikküste. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es alles, was man braucht: einen Supermarkt, einen Bäcker und das wunderbare Josie Café mit leckerem Kaffee und gesunder, köstlicher Küche.Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Kochfeld – alles da! Die Terrasse ist großzügig und lädt zum Entspannen ein, und auf zwei Etagen hat man jede Menge Platz.Der Schlafkomfort ist top: bequeme Matratzen und ruhige Schlafzimmer zur Rückseite – perfekt für erholsame Nächte.Und Cap Ferret? So schön, dass ich gar nicht zu viel verraten möchte Vielen Dank – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Leider etwas verregnete Ferien in sehr schöner Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön für 4 Personen. Sehr zentral und mit viel Platz und einer sehr schönen Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr gut und unkompliziert. Gerne nächstes Jahr wieder - dann aber hoffentlich mit besserem Wetter.

Immer wieder ☀️

Unser Bewertung vom letzten November können wir wieder bestätigen. Die Unterkunft trägt erheblich dazu bei, eine unbeschwerte Zeit in Cap Ferret zu verbringen. Sie bietet alles was man braucht und ist bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt den Supermarkt, Bäcker viele Restaurants ums Eck. Zum tollen Markt läuft man 5 Minuten .Der Spaziergang zum Strand dauert 15 Minuten. Wir haben die Abende auf unsere großzügigen Terrasse genossen. Die An- und Abreise sind unkompliziert. Toujours mon plaisir

Vorab: Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!! Man fühlt sich hier gleich sehr wohl und wie zuhause. Keine sterile Ferienwohnung, sondern alles sehr gemütlich mit vielen kleine Details, die sehr einladend sind. Es fehlt nichts….alles da was man so braucht. Auf der großzügigen Terrasse kann man die Sonne vom Aufgang bis zum Untergang genießen und spät abends den Leuchtturm im Dunklen bewundern. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an der Straße, nebenan der Bäcker, der Lottoladen mit der kleinen Bar und gegenüber der Supermarkt und das Hauhaltswarengeschäft. Da ist es natürlich zur Ferienzeit bestimmt vormittags und abends sehr belebt. Uns hat es nicht gestört, wir waren im Oktober hier, wo es in Cap Ferret sehr ruhig ist. Danke Olivier für den netten Kontakt und die problemlose An- und Abreise!! P.S. Es gibt ein Klavier… nehmt Noten mit!!!!

Hervorragend! Fabuleux!

Uns hat diese sehr authentische, gemütliche, saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt absolut alles, was man braucht - vom Geschirr bis zum Surfbrett. Und diese schöne weitläufige Terrasse, auf der man sowohl Sport treiben als auch abends bei einem Glas Rose perfekt sitzen kann!!! Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass sich das Haus sehr zentral befindet. Buchstäblich alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe: Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Fahrradverleih, Fischgeschäft, Restaurants, Cafés, Shoppingmeile und sogar ein Blumengeschäft :)) La plage du Bassin d'Arcachon ist nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der Hauptstrand von Cap-Ferret am Ozean - la plage de l'Horizon - 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben unser Auto nie benutzt. Und nach benachbarten Arcachon sind wir ganz bequem mit der Fähre gefahren. Ich möchte auch ein paar Worte über den Eigentümer der Wohnung, Olivier, sagen. Es ist schwer, sich eine charmantere, nettere und gastfreundlichere Person vorzustellen. Wir haben von ihm alle nötigen Informationen erhalten, was uns sehr bei der Orientierung geholfen hat, da wir zum ersten Mal unseren Urlaub auf Cap-Ferret verbracht haben. Ganz zu schweigen von seinem großartigen Sinn für Humor. Allerdings waren die Franzosen in dieser Hinsicht schon immer außer Konkurrenz :))) Mein Fazit: Ich kann diese Wohnung und die paradiesische Halbinsel Cap-Ferret nur wärmstens empfehlen. Also, ich wünsche euch ganz schöne Ferien !!!

Outre la propreté douteuse de l’appartement et ce malgré le passage de quelqu’un de nous avons croisé (très agréable au demeurant), ce dernier est en piteux état: mobilier esquinté, cuisine bringuebalante, literie inconfortable, nuisances sonores (un bar est en dessous en diagonale + rue ultra passante (Le supermarché Casino est en face = camions de livraisons + voitures)), un balcon arrière inutilisable, un barbecue complètement rouillé, des prises électriques dénudées, etc, etc. A éviter

Very centrally located appartment

Well-equipped, centrally located appartment. It is next to the bakery and pizza place, across from the supermarket and 300 m from the Laguna. Very detailed and helpful instructions and advice from owner on nearby attractions, shopping etc. The kitchen had everything we needed for a family of five - we had a very good time there!

Appartement très bien situé, proche du bassin et de tous les commerces

Joli appartement avec grande terrasse ensoleillée, les chambres sont à l'arrière, donc au calme. La place de parking dans la cour est bienvenue dans ce quartier commerçant. Proche de tous les commerces: boulangerie dans le même pâté de maison, petit supermarché en face. Le bassin et le quartier des pêcheurs , avec les cabanes de dégustation, sont à 5 minutes de marche.

Séjour agréable en famille Appartement simple mais bien équipé. L'emplacement est parfait À noté malgré tout quelques nuances sonores du fait qu'il soit placé ds une rue très passante. Pratique du fait des nombreux commerces à proximité. Hôte à l'écoute Petites choses peut être à prévoir, un verrou au niveau des WC, un tapis de douche inclus. super séjour dans l appartement d Olivier et Catherine idéalement placé au Cap ferret. Même si nous ne les avons pas rencontre nos hôtes étaient charmants et ont pris de nos nouvelles pendant notre séjour. L appartement est tout à fait conforme à l annonce. Appartement agréable et très bien placé

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement familial situé au cœur du centre du ferret. Nous avons apprécié le quartier vivant mais pas bruyant (nous avions avec nous un bébé et un jeune enfant qui avaient besoin de calme), à quelques minutes à pied du marché, de la plage et des commerces. A l’intérieur de l’appartement, nous avons également apprécié les souvenirs de voyage, livres, piano, tableaux et autres objets personnels des propriétaires : éléments qui changent des décors stériles des autres lieux que nous avons pu louer au ferret auparavant. Seul petit bémol: il n’y avait pas de lit bébé donc nous avons du nous du nous ne procurer un. Encore un grand merci au gentil propriétaire qui a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et faire en sorte que notre séjour se passe au mieux.

Wonderful Appartement, perfectly located

We had a perfect week at Cap Ferret. We enjoyed our time very much and felt very comfortable. The flat is super equipped and very centrally located and the sea can be reached very quickly on foot or by bike. The bakery next door has very tasty croissants. The landlord is very accommodating and helpful. Always happy to come back and thank you very much!

Vous garez votre voiture et vous pouvez circuler à pieds ou à vélo pendant tout votre séjour. Commerces à proximité, marché et bassin à quelques minutes à pieds. Vue sur le phare depuis la terrasse. Le bonheur d'être au centre du Ferret.

Une très belle découverte

Deux semaines de découverte du Cap Ferret, avec pour port d'attache un appartement "esprit voyage" plein de charme. Idéalement placé pour aller de la plage à l'océan, du phare à la pointe, du débarcadère aux cabanes à huitres, du marché à la forêt... On a posé la voiture 15 jours et tout fait à vélo. Le BBQ sur la terrasse est idéal pour griller les poissons, tous les commerces sont à proximité et les hôtes sont très arrangeants et de très bon conseil pour tous les bons plans!
