The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table top. The area features one oversized window that lets in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space making it even more inviting. And you also have access to a lovely balcony.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, a wardrobe and. It has access to a balcony, making it a great place to relax and breathe fresh air.

The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property offers an excellent location for exploring the vibrant city of Porto. Within proximity, you will find popular attractions such as the iconic Livraria Lello, the majestic Porto Cathedral, and the impressive Torre dos Clérigos. Various restaurants and bars are just a stone's throw away, including the renowned Abadia do Porto, the trendy Galeria De Paris, and the charming Postigo do Carvão Restaurant. With its convenient location and proximity to key landmarks and dining options, this property is ideal for those looking to experience all that Porto has to offer fully.

It is conveniently located within walking distance of several stations. The Trindade station is only a 4-minute walk, Aliados station is a 6-minute walk, and Porto São Bento station is an 11-minute walk away. This prime location allows for easy access to transportation and makes exploring Porto a breeze.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
