Discover an extraordinary architectural gem in the heart of Benalmádena Costa — the Bellagio Duplex Penthouse. This spectacular property offers an unparalleled lifestyle of luxury and comfort, in a privileged location with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and coastline.
Upon entering this exceptional residence, you’ll be welcomed by bright, spacious interiors designed with a modern and sophisticated aesthetic. From the parking area, a secure key allows you direct access to the home via a private elevator.
On the main floor, you’ll find an elegant living room with large windows framing stunning sea views. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the dining area and a high-end kitchen, fully equipped with top-quality appliances.
From the living room, step out onto an impressive private terrace — the perfect spot to relax and take in the panoramic sea views. This unique outdoor space is ideal for social gatherings, al fresco dining, or simply enjoying the warm, sunny days the Costa del Sol is famous for.
On this same level, there are two main bedrooms, each with twin beds that can be joined for your comfort, and both with en-suite bathrooms. Each room is designed to provide maximum privacy and comfort, with the master suite offering spectacular sea views.
The upper floor of this duplex penthouse features a bedroom with a double bed elevated on a platform, along with a stylish guest toilet. This level also includes the most exclusive area of the home: the solarium, with a romantic pergola and a private pool just for you — perhaps the most unforgettable experience of your stay. From the sunbed, you can even hear the sound of the waves on breezy days. The solarium pool is not heated but remains open year-round.
The Bellagio complex offers a range of exclusive amenities, including a summer outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool for winter, allowing you to swim year-round. There’s also a small gym so you can stay active without leaving home. With 24-hour security, you’ll enjoy complete peace of mind throughout your stay.
The location of this duplex penthouse is unbeatable — just steps from the beach, where you can feel the sea breeze and unwind on the golden sand. The property also includes a private parking space for your convenience, and a second space can be arranged upon request.
As in all CLEF Málaga 🌞 Apartments, you will find the following services:
⭐ We offer Wi-Fi 🛜 💻and air conditioning (hot/cold) 🥶 🥵.
⭐ The beds will be made 🛏️, and we’ll provide one set of towels 🛁(shower and hand towel) for all registered guests.
⭐ There will be shower gel 🚿 and toilet paper 🧻for a few days (please keep this in mind if your stay is longer).
⭐ Check-in ⏰is from 4:00 p.m. 🛂, and check-outis until 11:00 a.m. 🚕.
⭐ SPECIAL REQUESTS ⭐
At CLEF Málaga, we want to make your experience as pleasant as possible, so we offer help with a range of extra services (ask for rates). Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance:

⏰ Early check-in and late check-out: subject to request and availability.
🧹 🧼 Extra cleaning during your stay: includes sheet and towel change. The cost will be the same as the final cleaning fee in your reservation.

🐶 Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized. If authorized, additional costs per pet and stay will apply.
🥳 Parties and events are not allowed.
🗣️ Guests are not permitted to bring visitors into the apartment.
At Clef Málaga, we value coexistence and respect 🌍. To maintain good relationships with neighbors in the building and the community, please be kind and considerate.
Access to the building and apartment must always be with appropriate clothing, dry, and free of beach sand 👚 👕.

External works or noise:This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not ours. We are not responsible for neighbor noise or unannounced construction work beyond our control.
Linen and laundry:All our sheets and towels are washed, dried, and ironed in an industrial laundry, ensuring 100% cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. However, please note that high-quality cleaning products are used, and washing is done at temperatures above 60ºC. Some stains may appear due to chemical reactions between cosmetic products (tanning creams, makeup, etc.) and laundry products (active oxygen, bleach, detergents, etc.).
Reservation modifications:Will be accepted within the free cancellation period, provided the calendar allows it.
Clef Málaga Office Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On weekends, our team will handle emergencies and important issues during your stay. For administrative matters, please wait until office hours to be assisted.
