The house boasts three outdoor terrace areas, ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco. Both the front and back terraces have plenty of space to lounge or sit and eat a meal in the shade. The back terrace also comes equipped with a BBQ.

The fully equipped kitchen, though compact, has all the modern appliances you need. Step down to the dining/living area with a table and chairs for six, and enjoy access to the back terrace with a BBQ — perfect for outdoor meals. This room with its tall ceilings takes in plenty of natural light and has large, comfortable sofas.

The separate lounge is a cozy, chilled space with comfortable sofas, surround sound and a smart TV so that you can access your Netflix, Prime and Youtube accounts. Making it an ideal place to unwind. It is below the ground floor and so stays cool in the summer.

The second floor offers three bedrooms: two doubles and one single with a workspace and desk, along with a main bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The top floor hosts the main bedroom, which includes both a double and a single bed, a separate bathroom, and access to a roof terrace with lounge seating, perfect for relaxing in the sun with a cool drink.

The communal pool and garden is just a two-minute walk from the front door, offering a refreshing escape on warm days. The beautiful beach is only a 15-minute walk away downhill, making it easy to enjoy the seaside.

This is a residential community is lively and full of Spanish charm, so noise is to be expected throughout the day. We ask guests that they take care not to be disruptive after 23:00 and to be conscious of noise from this time on. As any complaints from neighbours can result in loss of your deposit.

For convenience, local bus and train services connect you easily to other parts of Benalmadena and Arroyo de la Miel, making day trips and exploration simple and enjoyable.
