Stay in a converted 19th-century spirits factory! This spacious 29 m² loft blends historic limestone walls with smart, modern living. Located perfectly on the border of the medieval Old Town and the trendy Rotermann Quarter, you are steps away from the city's best cafes and sights. With 24/7 concierge service, elevator access, and a cozy mezzanine bedroom, it is an ideal choice for couples, business travelers, or city explorers.
Our duplex apartment is designed to offer a "compact luxury" experience, keeping the room airy while providing all necessary amenities.
Historic Character: The apartment features a genuine, restored 19th-century factory wall, blending raw historic charm with modern comfort.
Smart Dining & Living: To maximize space, we have installed a clever drop-leaf dining table on the wall (next to the bathroom). It opens up easily for meals, and you will find two folding chairs tucked away in the closet. The living area also features an HD TV with free Netflix and fast WiFi.
Sleeping Loft: A comfortable Queen-size bed is located on the upper mezzanine level.
Note: The loft design is cozy. Due to the ceiling height on the upper level, we recommend this space for guests up to 190 cm tall.
Kitchenette: Fully equipped for your stay with a fridge, stove, kettle, and essential tableware.
Bathroom: A private bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The Rotermann Quarter is nestled in an area of historic importance, at the crossroads of the Tartu, Narva, and Pärnu highways. Home to nearly as many historically valuable buildings as Tallinn Old Town, the Rotermann Quarter is conveniently located within walking distance from both A and B terminals of the port and the Viru Hotel. What I enjoy most about this area is its blend of history and modernity, the rich cultural scene, and the delightful culinary experiences waiting around every corner.
What makes this property unique
What sets our apartment apart is its sun-filled ambiance, complemented by two spacious balconies, and its location within the same building as a Spa hotel. With the hotel entrance situated on the opposite side of the building, our guests find it convenient to take advantage of the hotel's spa services. This seamless integration of comfort ensures a unique and delightful stay, setting our apartment above the rest.
