There is a charming living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms, bright office, lovely children room full of toys for your little ones. Villa has a lot of windows and luminosity and is decorated in light colours. There is a bedroom with king size premium continental 160cm bed, another bed room with 120cm bed and a children’s room with day-bed that opens up to 160cm. There is a modern floor heating with smart thermostat in every room and intelligent heat recovery ventilation with the latest technology. This is an exclusive opportunity to enjoy amazing private garden (2500 sm) stay in an idyllic house while being located in the very center of Tallinn. The Old Town is just 10min drive away or 25min walk. Airport is 7min drive. The new trendy area Uus-Veerenni with cafeterias, hairdressers and all one might need is 7min walk.
