TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Four minutes before the 15h00 check-in the accommodation sent a text and email to cancel my booking as they did not have space. We were 20 minutes away. Ended up been stranded for two hours trying to find another place to stay, but everything was booked up. Eventually left Ramsgate around 17h15 and only got home after 21h00. The accommodation blamed VRBO and VRBO blamed the accommodation. Absolutely shocking. First time away in over a year.
